🎖 MVP of the WAR - 5,000 PHP

💪Criteria for MVP
▶️40% for Clutch Time moments
▶️25% Players Vote
▶️15% Crowd Control / Confidence
▶️10% Player Kills
▶️10% Attendance / Participation

MVP NOTE: Management will be choosing the MVP by observing the flow of game. We will determine which ever player will bring their guild on top. Please respect our decision. Thankyou.

👾MECHANICS / RULES👾

1. Cheating is prohibited. Those who violated will be investigated and if proven will be banned and -1 point for his/her guild.

2. Each registered should have a unique emblem/badge and name. Slightly changing the name of opponent guilds is not allowed.

3. Every guild should have at least 1 streamer, he/she should be streaming during event have is video recording for it to be use for investigation.

4. Any non-defending guild is only allowed to stay on platform for 30 seconds. They will be forced to enter the MF to kill the depending guild before 30 seconds end or they will be given -1 point.

5. Once all the players were inside MF you should KILL ALL RED. Once the defender didn't mind the authenticator from enemy guilds, they will be penalized with -1 point.

6. All Guild should finish DOMINATION 1(unless halted) to claim their rewards.

7. All -points will be recorder and any guild with a total of -15points during the domination event will be disqualified automatically.

8. Only Registered Guilds can enter DOMINATION 1.

9. At 3rd quarter of the Domi 1, any participating guild with no chance of winning even the 2nd place will be halted from participating.

10. Every last 4 minutes of hold time, there will be a 30 second platform rule. Once they exceeded the time limit, the non-holder guild will be penalized with -1 point.

11. Every guild have 2 OT option name and can't be replaced until the end of Domi 1.

12. NO BLOCKER. Guilds with blocker will be given -1 point.

13. Playing with the 30 second platform rule is not allowed. Staying at the upper Plat and going to L3/R3/LowPlat before the 30 second ends. Doing it 2 times will be given a -2points.

14. Streamer's live should not be deleted during investigation. Once deleted will be given a -3 points to their guild.

15. Every guild will designate 1 scouter which will be allowed to roam around the E-room and can stay at the Plat at all times.

TAKE NOTE: We will be having a 2 weeks break ( Dec 17 2023 - Jan 1 2024 ) to give way for celebrating holiday season and to relax. It will resume on January 2 2024.

KOTH SERIES MECHANICS :

PVP KILL COUNT War Schedules :
Monday 7PM | 10PM
Tuesday 4PM | 7PM | 10PM
Wednesday - Saturday 4PM | 7PM | 10PM | 1AM

Please take note the schedule below to avoid confusion :
Sunday 1AM | 4PM | 7PM | 10PM normal TW schedule only. PVP not counted
Monday 1AM | 4PM normal TW schedule only. PVP not counted
Tuesday 1AM normal TW schedule only. PVP not counted

NOTE : NEW KOTH SYSTEM
This is the official Madness Ran King Of The Hill Series.
We will get all the TOP 1 - 16 for A KING OF KINGS 1 v 1 madness tournament.

We are going to have a bracket system 1 v 1 per class, bracketing will be based on the six (6) different classes, the top 1-16 contenders per class will compete with each in their own bracket through the KOK tournament format.

Whoever wins their tournament in their respective brackets will be crowned as a KOTH : King of Kings champion of their class.

Rules :
1. KOTH XI Event Schedule : April 11, 2023 - April 28, 2023

Note : Official start is 7PM of April 11 (Tuesday)

2. No dummy killings and/or Intended Guild or Member Feeding.

2. Collaboration with other Teams / Guild is not allowed.

3. Member competing to KOTH is not allowed to switch Teams/Guild unless character is sold to other Guild/Teams.

Note : If we caught any member or anyone, all affiliated guilds will receive a penalty. Always check if the player is currently member of a Existing Guild.

Any toxic member during the event who eagerly just want to disrupt or “cancer” any guilds by transferring to other teams will receive a heavy or minor penalty.

Heavy Penalty : GL Meeting with Vince Octavio

Penalty : Solo members who transfer to other guilds will be disqualified on current KOTH series

4. All members must be in their respective Guilds with BADGE/LOGO

Note :
- You can change your Guild Logo size & color before start of war schedule only. (Not during wars)
- Incase some guild exceeds their guild capacity numbers, any guild members without badge is not allowed to solo run inside TW MAP during event schedule
- Any guild who exceeds the capacity, these members are not allowed to transfer or make new solo guild during the event schedule.
(In any case these member create a solo guild and participate inside PVP map during event schedule, they're not allowed to go back to their original guild)

Initial Penalty : Less 500 kills to all Guild Members at the end of the Series
*Once these members insisted to go back again permanently to their original guild. The team will receive another "Heavy Penalty" of Less 1,000 kills at the end of the event

5. All AFK members without GUILD/BADGE will be kicked-out inside Tyranny War Map during event time

*Kindly adopt and assist all solo players that wants to participate in PVP Map.

*Dear all solo players, we have many respectful guilds in our community that you can choose. Walang mahiyain na RAN PLAYER. Ang mahiyain magugutom. Pakapalan dapat ng MUKHA!

Note : If we caught anyone who creates a dummy guild will receive a penalty

Penalty : Members caught doing this will be disqualified

6. Each Guild can recruit more independent and/or solo players but no alliances

7. In any case of fraudulent or cheating activity, there will be a thorough analysis/investigation in the situation.

Note : Using any form of cheat is strictly prohibited
If its proven wrong, all Guild involved will get a penalty.

Penalty : Members caught doing this will be disqualified throughout the series even if the character is sold or change its IGN.

8. In any case there is a volume of guild members transferred/switch to other guild while ongoing KOTH, these members will be automatically disqualified and both teams will have a special sanction unless character are sold/purchased.

Case to case basis :
1PT team or volume members can be recruited 1 time only during ongoing KOTH schedule, but these players will be automatically disqualified on current KOTH and "must" inform the GL community first together with Octavio Gaming / Vince Octavio for transparency & confirmation approval for event fairness.

Penalty starts : Team who accepted this members will get less 500 kills at the end of the series depends on urgent GL meeting / Octavio Gaming

9. In any case there is a misunderstanding/conflict with the current guild while ongoing KOTH and some members wanted to quit and be transferred to other guilds.

All these members will be automatically disqualified in our current KOTH. Abuse of this rule is strictly prohibited.

Note : Must have an urgent emergency meeting with GL's and Octavio Gaming to confirm the situation to avoid misunderstanding and this rule must not do it on purpose.

Penalty starts : Team who accepted this members will get less 500 - 1,000 kills at the end of the series depends on urgent GL meeting / Octavio Gaming

Sanction / Penalties once any teams violated any of our rules :
1. 1st offense : Less 1,000 kills
2. 2nd offense : Additional less 3,000 kills
3. 3rd and final offense : Disqualified in our KOTH

*Rules with specific sanction will not count as 1st offense sanction,

Note :
1. Madness Team will always monitor our KOTH, 4PM - 1AM
2. Players can submit proof of evidence if they caught anyone who violates our KOTH rules.
