My sincere gratitude & blessings to Her Excellency Grace Asirwatham- Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Belgium, Luxembourg and the European Union for including me in singing devotional Budhist songs at the Vesak program at Ambassador’s residence in Brussels. Singing devotional songs on Sacred Vesak day for Lord Buddha was an immense honour, specially as I am of Christian faith.It was truly a humbling experience & my wife & I really feel blessed that God gives us the opportunity to absorb positive energy in various forms with “mutual respect”, regardless of different religious or spiritual beliefs. Also I would like to express my sincere appreciation to very accommodating and helpful staff of The Ambassy.Also my sincere gratitude & blessings to Suminda Yapa for his countless unfailing musical suport.
God bless you / Budu Saranai!🙏🏽 බෙල්ජියම් රාජධානිය, ලක්සම්බර්ග් සහ යුරෝපා සංගමයේ හි ශ්‍රී ලංකා තානාපතිනිය වන අතිගරු ග්‍රේස් ආසිර්වාතම් මැතිනියගේ නිල නිවසේ වෙසක් වැඩසටහනට මා භක්ති ගීත ගායනයට ඇතුළත් කිරීම පිළිබඳව මගේ අවංක ප්‍රණාමය සහ ආශිර්වාදය මම පුද කරමි.මෙම ඉමහත් පූජනීය වෙසක් දිනයේදී බුදු රජාණන් වහන්සේ වෙනුවෙන් භක්ති ගීත ගායනා කිරීමට මට ලැබුන මෙම විශේෂ අවස්තාව මම කිතුනු බැතිමතෙක් හැටියට ඉතාම ආශිර්වාදමත් අවස්තාවක් ලෙස මට හැගේ.එය සැබවින්ම නිහතමානී අත්දැකීමක් වූ අතර මගේ බිරිඳට සහ මට හැඟෙන්නේ දෙවියන් වහන්සේ අපට විවිධ ආකාරවලින් ධනාත්මක ශක්තියන් අවශෝෂණය කර ගැනීමට විවිධ ආගමික හෝ අධ්‍යාත්මික විශ්වාසයන්"අන්‍යෝන්‍ය ගෞරවය”මත අපට අවස්ථාව ලබා දී අප ආශීර්වාද කරන බවයි.නැවතත් ගරු තානාපති තුමිය ඇතුලු උපකාරශීලී කාර්ය මණ්ඩලයට මාගේ අවංක කෘතඥතාව ප්‍රකාශ කරන අතර මේ පිං සියලුම දෙනාටම අනුමෝදම් වේවා කියා මගෙ හදවතින් ප්‍රාර්ථනා කරමි.ඒ වගේම නොයෙකුත් අවස්තාවලදී මාගේ සංගීත වැඩ කටයුතු වලදී නොපසුබටව මට සහයෝගය දෙන සුමින්ද යාපා සහෝදරයාටද මම මාගේ ආශිර්වාදය සහ හර්ද්‍යාංගම ස්තූතිය පුදකරමි.දෙවි පිහිටයි, බුදු සරණයි!🙏🏽
