Information about the investment scam

Hypercon Builders Construction is primarily engaged in general construction, including but not limited to civil works, repair and other infrastructure related activities both in private and government sectors. Since March 2017, the company has built the reputation by performing the highest quality works to all industries from small to multi-million peso projects.

What do we offer?
This 2022, the company has decided to offer JOINT VENTURE PROGRAM to the public to help us expand and finish projects ahead of time and in return, we can close more bigger projects. Venturers will gain 5% to 15% and will receive revenue every month, with notarized contract and post dated checks. We have a 2 months contract for smaller projects, 6 months and 9 months contract for bigger projects that you can choose from.

2 MONTHS CONTRACT

[ ] PHP 50,000 | Monthly Gain: 6.5%
[ ] PHP 200,000 | Monthly Gain: 9%

6 MONTHS CONTRACT
[ ] PHP 60,000 | Monthly Gain: 7%

9 MONTHS CONTRACT
[ ] PHP 135,000 | Monthly Gain: 9%
[ ] PHP 300,000 | Monthly Gain: 12%
[ ] PHP 500,000 | Monthly Gain: 15%

Notarized contract and post dated checks will be available 3 working days after the joining date. You may pick them up at our office or we can send them to your address via a trusted courier.

How to join?
Online Transaction - we will send you an online application form for you to fill out. Capital will be transferred through our bank accounts (UnionBank/EastWest/BDO).

Office Transaction - you may visit and purchase at our office. Strictly by appointment only.
