Mazi Nnamdi Kanu life is in danger as DSS restricts lawyers access to see him in DSS dungeon today .

Recall last week Thursday DSS under the instruction by Buhari government denied Mazi Nnamdi Kanu lawyers access to see with an excuse that the person meant to welcome them is not around , same thing repeated itself today as IPOB lawyer Barrister Aloy Ejimakor the special counsel to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB made this known via his twitter account .

IPOB lawyers must be allowed to see Mazi Nnamdi Kanu without any restriction or we're this recent move as ploy to eliminate Mazi Nnamdi Kanu .

Despite court order DSS hasn't allowed Kanu access to new clothes, brother cries out

Prince Emmanuel Kanu, the younger brother of the detained Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has again, raised the alarm that despite court order, the Department of State Services, DSS, has not allowed Kanu access to his new clothes.

Kanu's brother told Vanguard that he had in three occasions, personally taken new clothes to the IPOB Leader currently detained at the DSS headquarters Abuja, but was not allowed by the secret police to hand over the clothes to him.

" I was at the DSS headquarters today (Thursday) to give my brother his new clothes but the DSS did not allow me to give him the clothes. This is the third time they are stopping me from giving him his clothes in flagrant violation of court order", Prince Emmanuel lamented.

He also alleged that the DSS denied two guests of Kanu ( a lawyer and another citizen) who came to see him access to him.

Kanu's brother called on the international community to prevail on Nigeria to obey her own court orders and allow his brother unfethered access to his clothes and guests.

Justice Binta Nyako of the Abuja federal High Court, had during the last court appearance of Kanu, ordered that she would not want to see Kanu again dressed in the same clothe which he wore since his rendition to Nigeria in June 2021.

His lawyers had bitterly complained that the IPOB Leader has not been allowed to change his clothes since he was detained at the DSS headquarters, nor has he been allowed access to his religious materials.

We, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the Command and Leadership of our great leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, wish to urge members of the public to discountenance the rantings and distractions by one Emeka Ugwuonye, an attention seeker who is bent on defaming and distracting our legal luminary, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor.

We know the mission of this "Judas" who has been hired by the enemies of our struggle to distract our honourable legal representative, but his mission is DEAD ON ARRIVAL.

We wish to put it to this irritant, that he cannot succeed in his evil mission by writing fiction against our most respected lawyer.

Emeka Ugwuonye is a disbarred lawyer both in the USA and Nigeria, hence cannot practice as a lawyer anymore. But being a career criminal that he is, he is still living in his fool's paradise.

Emeka Ugwuonye is aware that IPOB can never hire him no matter how much he schemes. IPOB only goes for the erudite, tried and trusted legal luminaries, hence, there in no place for urchins in this great movement.

Emeka Ugwuonye should know that he is playing with LIQUID FIRE with the way he is going. We demand that he must immediately desist from making further derogatory remarks against our lead Counsel and retrace his steps as IPOB will not tolerate any further distraction to our hardworking lawyer so he can concentrate on his job.
