My pistachio latte was a big hit at the last pop up. I felt like it needed a little something and @whiskeylovesbasil suggested adding white chocolate. She is a mixology genius and sure enough it tastes so nice 👍🏽 I might feature this mix at the next pop up.

My first coffee pop up was a success. When I started going down the coffee making rabbit hole I wanted to learn everything from the growing and sourcing to the different methods of extraction and end with me serving coffee to the public. Along the way I was inspired and received help from some of the nicest people whose passion is coffee and we're all so nice to share their knowledge and experience. I'm not sure how far I'll pursue this venture but I know I ended Saturday night with a wonderful sense of completion. It wasn't about the money, it was about serving people a good latte. It was about extracting awesome flavors from a locally roasted coffee by someone who's passionate about his beans. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the event the other vendors and the artists showing in the gallery.

I'm so thrilled when local gems like this open up near me. This is @upland_backabbey and you're going to love it. Located just off the 210 and Campus in Upland it's a great location. Food and drink are exactly what you'd expect from the Back Abbey brand but with a different vibe. Check them out for special events, live music and more.
This recipe is a fun mix of textures and flavors that are guaranteed to make you smile. My Flavor Dust All Purpose Seasoning is the perfect blend to enhance natural flavors and add a savory heat to any recipe. It's available on my online store and will be hosting pick up events soon. I finally found an amazing green hot sauce that I've been putting on everything. @7siblingshotsauce came out with a wonderful serrano sauce that's like nothing else. And when important ingredient to this recipe is the heat. @jealousdevilcharcoal burns clean and puts out consistent heat which makes it a joy to cook with.

This is my favorite restaurant in the Los Angeles area. This is @relentlessbrewingandspirits on Eagle Rock. This woman owned restaurant has everything I look for in a restaurant. Original menu creations that offer comfort and value. They even have vegan dishes! The Bar program is top notch and they even have tiki night on Fridays. Most of all I dig the vibes! I just like being there. Go see why it's my favorite restaurant and let me know what you think.
This was a great morning. I had my favorite Inland Empire coffee shop all to myself. This is @revdupcoffee on Foothill in Claremont, CA. They have a new fall menu with some great food and drinks. It does get busy but it's worth the wait and don't forget they have extra parking in the rear. I look forward to going back later this week for lunch. Who wants to join me?
I'm so happy to find out @halgrens has a new location! They've moved up the street to Grove and Foothill in Upland, CA. Thanks to @yumyumfeast for featuring the Inland Empire's best chocolate shop. Everything is pretty much the same as it was before including all the original recipes. The new owner was the long time employee who's carrying on the traditions. While adding some new items. You cannot beat the quality and tradition that goes into all these treats. I'll be going back here more to feature new treats and chocolates. This is one of my first videos I did with @northgatemarket back in June of 2020. This video was the beginning of countless more that would each push me to improve my skills as a video creator. Each project would connect me to my culture and make me explore, research and learn more about who I am and who my family is. Other than chisme, a lot of families don't speak of the past. My kids have grown up with Northgate Market being a big part of their life. This past 4 years has been the biggest blessing in so many ways.
Looking back is hard sometimes but it really does help you appreciate the present and excited for the future.
