First Deputy Prime Minister, Gen Moses Ali welcomes a pair of twins at age 81.

The retired army general reportedly told local media in Adjumani that he had just become a father to a new pair of twins, a boy and a girl.

Moses Ali confirmed that the mother to his twins (his third wife) had a safe delivery at Ayiri Health Centre IV and got discharged. She is said to be in her 40's.

When I talked to you, you were just hearing me, but I was never understood, I wasn't ever listened to. Loving anyone doesn't make them right for you and I wish I understood that before I gave you my all. Don't ever say that I didn't try, because God knows how many prayers I made just to see you happy."
