Men who are opposed to violence are protected by those who are not!
Violence is never defeated by pacifism or weak, fear-minded submission. Violence is only defeated by courageous men and women who have the courage and the skills to stand up and fight back. Those who use violence as a tool to get what they want, hurt the innocent, or intimidate others, are never stopped by placating them or giving in to their demands; they are stopped by good men who are highly skilled at violence themselves.
Those who are opposed to violence always have been, and always will be, protected by men who know that there is a time and a place for everything, including overwhelming violence. This is just a fact of life.
While it would be wonderful if everyone in the world lived with love for their neighbor and considered all men their brothers, that is not the reality of the world we live in today. We live in a world where bad people take advantage of others, and in the worst ways imaginable. Many people have suffered atrocities that you can’t even imagine, at the hands of other human beings.
Because our world is not perfect, you have three choices: 1) Be a victim, 2) Remain weak and hope that someone else will protect you or hope that you will never be targeted, 3) Learn the skills to defend yourself against those with evil intentions.
I learned long ago not to depend on others. Being a victim and hoping for mercy from vicious, hate filled thugs is a very dangerous, life-threatening proposition. Hoping someone else will be there at the exact right time, with the right skills, and who cares enough to help you, is a crap shoot at best.
The only viable option is learning to defend yourself by developing your own violent skill set. Never depend on someone else or on the mercy from those who couldn’t care less about you. Learn self-defense and be both willing and able to take care of business if you have to. Warrior up!
