یکی از خبرنگاران افغان، در هنگام پوشش رویداد هراس افگنانه دیروز این گونه نگاشته است: اطلاع رسانی در شرایط دشواری که برخی ها به چشم دشمن برت نگاه می کنند. بدون این که درک کنند رسانه ها بی طرف است و مسوولیت اش اطلاع رسانی دقیق، به موقع ، بی طرفانه و مسلکی است.
پ ن : رسانه های بی طرف در هر حالت بر مردم ما هویدا بوده است و فکر نکنم نیاز به توضیحات بیشتر باشد.

منابع محلی در ولایت فراه گزارش می دهند که گروه طالبان به کارمندان رسانه های این ولایت دستور داده است که ظاهر خود را مطابق با سنت حضرت محمد برابر کنند.

این منابع می گویند که طالبان به مسئولان رسانه ها نیز دستور داده اند که نشر و پخش خطبه های علمای دین را در اولویت قرار دهند.

همچنان افزودند که طالبان تاکید کرده اند که رسانه ها در فراه باید مروجین نایب و فضیلت را به برنامه های خود دعوت کنند.

وضع محدودیت های جدید طالبان بر آزادی های فردی دانشجویان. طالبان با نشر نامه یی تصویر گرفتن دختران در دانشگاه طبی را گناه کبیره پنداشته و از مقام های این دانشکده خواسته اند تا از این پس مانع تصویر برداری دانشجویان دختر در صحن دانشکده شوند.

On September 16, 2022, we held a meeting in the presence of a number of journalists who were selected based on the joint meeting with the advisory group of this movement. In this meeting, serious and effective decisions were taken for the better coherence of the movement and the creation of regular organizations; Based on the decision of the majority of the members of the meeting, the executive council of Afghan journalists at risk increased from 6 members to 13 members, and the respected members of each are: Abdullah Hamim, Shershah Nawabi, Abdullah Walizadeh, Hadis Pardis, Taher Sadid, Rafiullah Nikzad, Navid Kavash. , Sultan Haydari, Ghulam Hussain Elham, Mohammad Yaqoob Azardeh, Mrs. Hamidah Lasani, and Mrs. Madina Marwat were elected as members of the executive council of this movement.

در تازه ترین مورد، برخی از نهادهای مدافع خبرنگاری افغانستان، خواهان رهایی غلام حسین حسنی رییس نهاد “رادیو آفتاب دایکندی” شده اند که از سه ماه بدین سو در بند استخبارات امارت اسلامی است، آقای حسنی به تأریخ (۳ جوازی ۱۴۰۱) از هرات بازداشت گردید و تا امروز که بیشتر از سه ماه سپری شده از سرنوشت وی خبری در دست نیست. نهادهای مدافع حقوق خبرنگاران مدعی شده اند که آقای حسنی در این مدت در بند استخبارات طالبان میباشد ولی طالبان نمیخواهند در مورد وضعیت وی اطلاعاتی را شریک سازند. گزارش ها همچنان می رساند که خانواده حسنی تا هنوز از وضعیت صحی فرزند شان هیچ اطلاعی دریافت نکرده اند.

(Afghan Journalists at Risk) is a spontaneous structure composed of experienced Afghan journalists, which was formed after the collapse of the republican regime, and its purpose was to organize and manage the crisis. Although this structure was formed in small groups at the initiative of Afghan journalists who are in exile, it expanded in a purposeful and planned way exactly 10 months after the Taliban regained power in Afghanistan. The purpose of systematizing this structure was to provide realistic services for Afghan journalists and to prevent prevailing injustices against freedom of speech guards. Currently, this structure gathers all journalists and media workers in its center and its goal is to launch a realistic discourse and unify the ranks and journalistic activities in Afghanistan.

به نقل از منابع محلی در ولایت جوزجان، شمال افغانستان طالبان دو خبرنگار را در این ولایت بازداشت کرده اند. بر بنیاد گزارش ها این دو خبرنگار از سوی دستگاه استخبارات امارت اسلامی بازداشت شده اند و تا اکنون از سرنوشت این دو تن اطلاعاتی در دست نیست. منابع محلی تأکید می کنند که طالبان این افراد را به مکان نا معلومی برده اند و تلاش ها برای رهایی این دو خبرنگار آزاد جریان دارد. اما گروه طالبان تا هنوز در این زمینه اطلاعاتی را ارایه نمیدهند.

پس از افزایش خشونت ها در برابر خبرنگاران، اکنون شماری از کشورهای جهان به این باورند که خبرنگاران افغانستان با تهدید کم پیشینه رو به رو اند و آزادی بیان با چالش های کم پیشینه یی رو به رو گردیده است. در تازه ترین مورد سفارت امریکا مقیم قطر که مسایل افغانستان را از نزدیک دنبال میکند، اعلام کرده است که خبرنگاران و کارکنان رسانه یی افغانستان، زیر حاکمیت گروه طالبان با چالش های کم پیشینه از جمله تهدید جسمی و اذیت و آزار رو به رو هستند. سفارت امریکا کابل، با نشر فهرستی به مناسبت روز بین المللی دموکراسی اعلام کرده است که خبرنگاران در افغانستان با تهدید و آزار جسمی رو به رو اند.

همزمان با وضع محدودیت ها از سوی طالبان بر خبرنگاران و کارکنان رسانه یی در افغانستان، گزارش های مبنی بر بازداشت و شکنجه ی برخی از خبرنگاران از سوی دستگاه استخبارات امارت اسلامی به گوش می رسد. بر بنیاد گزارش ها برخی منابع که نمی خواهند از آنان نامبرده شود به پایگاه خبری (خبرنگاران افغان در معرض خطر) تأیید میکنند که استخبارات امارت اسلامی عبدالحنان محمدی، خبرنگار آژانس خبری پژواک را سه ماه پیش حین تهیه ی گزارش بازداشت کرده اند و تا اکنون هیچ خبری از وضعیت صحی این خبرنگار در دست نیست.
