This Christmas break, I tried to see if I can get an AI to look at screen of one of my favorite video games, Zelda A Link to the Past, and draw a box around the main player. I can’t believe it actually worked. Here it is running in real-time after a very sleep-deprived week of experiment failures and code re-writes 🤣

Drew a third cat! This one was a pixel art redeem on my stream by StephenBallBall for his friend’s cat, Figgie, doing a head nod. I still struggle with dark, single-color characters especially since the reference image was mostly a giant black blob but hopefully I still captured her shape here.
Drew a tapir this time for a pixel art redeem on my Twitch stream by emaudio for her friend tapir2342 who is a game dev! He likes a very minimalist style so I drew one version that was just 3 colors and then another one that was more shaded with a more fun animation!
