Next Route: Kathmandu Nepal to Paro Bhutan

This will be a very challenging or nearly impossible approach and landing for the Speedbird Concorde due to:

1) Minimum VREF or approach speed of Concorde is 160kts which is 20kts more than the recommended circling approach airspeed of 140kts. Higher airspeed meaning wider turn radius for the Speedbird and to compensate, steeper banks and very high AOA to maintain lift during the 180 turn.

2) 6,445ft runway length of Paro Bhutan. Atleast 9,000ft is required for not so heavy loaded Concorde. Emergency brakes maybe handy but expect possible tire blowout.

Speedbird Concorde next destination will be Kathmandu Nepal. SPD113 will depart at Changi Singapore and will perform supersonic climb to FL600 once over Malacca Straight. Subsonic deceleration point will be at Bay of Bengal 100nm south of Kolkata.

Concorde Facts:

Concorde acceleration point should be over the water and prohibited to accelerate to mach 1 over land.

"Regulation prohibits anyone from operating a civil aircraft at a true flight Mach number greater than 1 over land in the United States and from a certain distance off shore where a boom could reach U.S. shores.
The FAA’s existing restrictions can be found at 14 CFR Part 91.817."

We'll cross two VATSIM events from Japan to S.Korea! (RJTT-RKSS) We'll depart from Tokyo-Haneda and arrive in Seoul-Gimpo! We'll cross two different events, VATJPNs "Beginner Event" and VATPRC/VATKOR's Shanghai-Seoul City Pair! Only one leg as it's a lengthy leg. We'll do it in the ToLiSs A321!
