For me, streaming isn't just sitting there playing a game. From an outside perspective I can understand it might not seem that way.

For me, it is a medium that I have yet to encounter any limitations when it comes to expressing my creativity.

A few years ago, in the very early going, I didn't know what I wanted to do with it. At the time it was just sitting there playing games, not much talking. Boring really.

As time went on, I came up with a look for the graphics and presentation of the stream, which was a 90's infomercial aesthetic.
This is where things started to really take shape.

The idea of the show being broadcast from a local "community access television" studio became the fictional setting for the show. At the time of inception, I still didn't really know what this meant or what I was going to do with it.

Ideas began to pop up though, such as taking calls on the stream from characters I created and voiced. At first, I didn't know what to do with this either. Today, I have at least 14 characters that I have voiced, each one having a mini-storyline of interactions with me on the show. The main one, Larry, even has his own stream now.

Then came Cable 2, Peterborough Ontario's Community Access Channel. Another work of fiction of course, but one I could use to tie everything together. Larry is also a member of Cable 2, and to support fellow Cable 2 members, I am required to show clips of Larry's stream on my stream. I do this reluctantly, as Larry has essentially made it his goal to call in and torment me.

Cable 2's presence is something that will grow over time. Currently I interact with them on stream as they patch me through to callers, or call in themselves to address issues of tech support.
These ideas are the framework for a grander vision that I'm going to slowly roll out over months, or years.

As of today, my stream enters it's first official "season" each season will have a different theme, different ways for viewers to interact, and will help me further the storylines of the various characters I've created.

The first season is The 7 Days to Die (game) Pixel Art Competition and Survivor Olympics, and I hope that you will come check it out for yourselves. I am really proud of how the stream is developed over time. I want to share it with as many as I can.
