Ecstatic Dancing is not just for those “good” at dancing, it’s for anyone that wants to connect to their body and express themselves through the act of moving. It’s a time to let go of any inhibitions and fear about how to show up and simply be present.

The class starts with a moment of introduction which will include tips for anyone who has not attended Ecstatic Dancing before. Followed by a brief warm up exercise. After that the Ecstatic Dancing portion will consist about 45-60 minutes depending on length of intro. Ended by a mediation.

As we change so does our energy we put out change.

It is something I strive to teach others.

After hurting my arm tendon I was taught this lesson of patience again at an even deeper level.
