Over here at JPP, we have still been busy making Happy Birthday video compilations, Get Well Soon video compilations, and home video compilations! And all of these have been done with ZERO face-to-face contact!

As things start to open up and restrictions start to come down, please do your part by staying six feet apart from everyone and wearing masks! We don't want these past two months of social isolation to be for nothing!

THE PAST, THE PRESENT, AND THE FUTURE OF JESSIE POLLAK PRODUCTIONS

The past: Since the day I got my first MacBook, I have been recording and editing videos. They started out as music videos of myself, embarrassingly enough, but quickly turned into bar and bat mitzvah memory videos for family and friends. I even made the slideshow to go along with a roast for a family wedding at one point. I would use old photos and video clips and put them into a 10 minute slide show to be presented at certain occasions and events. For a long while, this was just a hobby.

The present: I started to take this more seriously after I graduated college. It was hard for me to keep editing as a hobby during those years because I had little time to do it. Once I graduated, I made the idea of starting my own company. After looking into pricing from some other editing companies, I was shocked to see prices upward of $500 for a 10-15 minute slide show. I knew I could make the same quality content for much less than that. I started making summer camp videos to show at the end of camp each year. I started editing promotional videos for The Behavioral Wellness Group, and recently I have started making Home Video Compilations of old home videos for a few families. These can be made into one long slideshow on a DVD, or each snippet can be put onto a DVD individually.

The future: I am so proud of the progress I have already made for this company, and I can’t wait to see where this will take me next. I am hoping to start up a website in the coming months, as well!
