12th July 2024 marks a significant milestone for Tiny Foot Official with the inaugural launch of our Sustainability Learning Journey Tour, Tiny Foot @ Palawan, where 40 students from YMCA learns about the perils of microplastics in the sea, and how they can play a part to protect the sea creatures and biodiversity at Palawan Beach and Sentosa.

The little ones were immersed in the phygital storytelling experience, which was designed from the first book of our Tiny Foot picture book series, Help Tooga Eat Right, where they help Tooga and his turtle friends recover from eating plastic ‘jellyfish’ from the ocean.

The contextualized learning provided by the sun, sea and sand at Palawan Beach were also reinforced with accounts for the cleaning up of the oil spills on our beaches as well as the regular conservation efforts for the protection and release of the Hawk-billed turtles done in Sentosa.

As part of our partnership with Preschool Market, we are grateful to have Singapore Pools In The Community come on board to sponsor the inaugural tours to allow the kids to learn and have sustained learning on sustainability in a classroom outside the classrooms.

We look forward to working closely with our more partners to kickstart our upcoming tours and form a positive and collaborative Tiny Foot ecosystem where we can play our part to plant the seed of sustainbilty with each tiny foot(step) taken, towards a mindset shift for a more sustainable future.
