Another fantastic dinner at Narrow Bridge last night. Smoked Gouda Roasted Red Pepper Soup - phenomenal! And we're addicted to the Cauli Wings. K got his fave the Crack Pasta. T got her fave the Butternut Duck Flatbread.

We took a drive up to Stubborn Brothers Brewery last night as it had been more than 3 years since our last visit. We listened to horror audio dramas on the way there and back to past the time. So cool to see how the old theater was restored and repurposed. Good food. Good drinks. And got to say hi to the owner.

We gave Cafe Con Crema another try yesterday. If you like Country Kitchen and Perkins, you'll like this place. If you prefer something...different, it's not going to be very exciting. It's not terrible but it's not our taste.

Food menu is big and quality ranges from ok to meh. Service was wonderful. Fancy coffee options are very limited but tasty.

Our last stop Sunday morning was at Red Mill, LLC . A cool, old building along a river in view of a covered bridge. S'mores mocha for K and a honey latte for T. Both were very tasty! K had a chicken breakfast sandwich with bacon pepper jam and T had a Reuben breakfast sandwich. We already have plans to return when it's warmer to check out the bridge, more coffees, and try out their other sandwiches.

We made stops this past Saturday at both Central Waters Brewing Company and Sunset Point Winery .

Sunset Point was serving up mulled wine and apple juice. Just what we needed to warm ourselves up.

At Central Waters K loaded up on several dark beers (coffee stout, coffee ale, oatmeal stout, and baltic porter) and T had a tasty White Russian by Bar Diver Cocktails.

We finished our Saturday evening at PHO EVER 21 , recently started up under new ownership. With the cold, dreary day, it's exactly what we needed. The broth was so rich and comforting. Clean place, bright decor, and friendly service. T had the combo pho and K got chicken and shrimp pho. We recommend checking them out! We'll be talking about them in the next episode coming out 10/20.
