Happy 4th of July!! Today marks the 4th anniversary of Paid The Cost Podcast… and today I say good bye.

A huge thank you to everyone who’s been on the podcast and anybody that’s supported in anyway. I’ve been embraced by my community in a way that I never thought possible.

I couldn’t be more thankful for the time and love I’ve received during my time as a podcaster but it’s time for me to move on and go back to Paying The Cost myself.

I’ll always rep Santa Cruz just like I always have.

I’ll be updating this page to my life experiences including a huge emphasis on family, being a father, a husband and my fitness. I know this isn’t what you started following this page for, so if it isn’t for you I understand and I appreciate you coming for my podcasting journey.

A picture is worth a thousand words….

What they don’t tell you is how hard this is. What they want you to believe is that you just do it and it happens.

It’s hard, exhausting, excruciating and painful at times.

It doesn’t just happen. There’s things that come up throughout the journey that really makes you look at yourself. Who you are. The life you’ve lived. It can can be hard to look in the mirror at times…. Even when your body really starts to change.

It’s mental not physical. When you start breaking down walls that you believed were truth, that’s when the pain sets in. You either go through it or you let control you. Me, personally, am done being controlled by thoughts that aren’t even real.

I choose to be the real me. I choose to live the way I want. I choose the life that was given to me by the creator. I choose to honor her by being thankful for everything I have and worked so hard for.
