I joined the Kongowea fraternity yesterday in mourning the late Nyong'o who was an ardent supporter of Gor mahia FC fans at his final Harambee that took place outside the Kongowea Chiefs office. .I pass my condolences once again to his family to take heart as the Almighty is in total control of everything.IN support to the family and GOR MAHIA FANS MOMBASA COMBINE ,I together with Mutungwa Wambua gave a total contribution of Ksh 14,800 .

I would also like to thank all Mombasa leaders led by Hon.Said Abdalla , Hon. Zamzam Mohammed ,former Women Representative Hon Asha Mohamed- Mama Ashu 001 and everyone who stood by the late Nyong'os family during their sad moments.May the late Nyong'os soul rest in eternal peace.

Yesterday I was privileged to welcome Mombasa Governor Hon Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir ,CECC Transport and infrastructure Mombasa County Dan and Ziwa la Ngombe ward MCA Hon Hamisi nyota athman to Kongowea ward for a fundraising event of ELIM PEFA church in aid of the church’s development.

As the Area MCA I will work closely with Mombasa leaders in ensuring Religious centres get the support they need so that they can run their activities smoothly since religion plays a critical role in giving meaning and purpose to life and also it reinforces social unity.

Today morning together with Kenya Red Cross Society Mombasa,Hon Eliud Kimari (Mkomani MCA),CECM Trade,tourism and Culture Osman ,Dr Abuyaasir Mbwarali Kame and other Leaders issued relief food at ASK Mkomani Showgrounds to Kongowea and Mkomani residents who had been affected by the Mombasa floods.

I am truly grateful to the Kenya Red Cross Society Mombasa and the County Government of Mombasa led by our Governor Hon Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir for coming through and listening to the cries of Mombasa residents.Be blessed

Later my Office team led by my Manager,Danson Mutungwa visited Kongowea primary school and Kongowea Secondary school for issuance of success cards to candidates preparing for their national exams.

A graduation ceremony is not just a mere formality but a celebration of academic accomplishments and a testament to their grit and determination of hardworking students.It is an opportunity for students to reflect on their journey and the challenges they have overcome to get to this point.

I today honoured an invite by Kengeleni primary school, Kongowea Ward Nyali constituency for a Graduation ceremony for their PP2 children where I congratulated the PP2 students for their achievement and so awarded them several gifts including;5 books to each graduants, Several pencils,rubbers, lollipops and success cards.I also promised the school that I will push the County Government of Mombasa to intervene and help build the remaining classrooms so that Kengeleni students may have a conducive environment to study.

Ended my speech by calling for cooperation among parents and teachers which will enhance easy communication and effective learning of the students.I take this opportunity to wish all Candidates all the best in their upcoming examinations slated for next week.

Earlier today I addressed the K24TV media personnel team who had come to interview me regarding the current status of Ratna Karama access road where I assured the public not to worry because proper plans have already been put in place and my office together with the office Waziri Manyala Dan and SUB County Administrator, NYALI. are working closely together in ensuring Ratna Karama road is built to ease transportation of goods and people to various places.

Later joined the NGAO team at Kongowea market social hall for a meeting centered on the Digital identity card that will allow Kenyans access all services using one number Dubbed Maisha Card, the identity will phase out third-generation identification cards and give Kenyans an option to hold it on their phones.

I also acknowledged the role played by the NGAO team and offered my full support to them.

IN Attendance were Kipevu ward MCA Hon Laila Nyache ,DCC,ACC, Chiefs, Assistant chiefs, Village elders and Community policing members.

Today I attended the E cooking sensitization Campaign at Kongowea social hall under the theme E cooking for a greater and cleaner Mombasa.

I declare my full support to people adopting the E cooking since e cooking can effectively help reduce the emission of GHGs, conserve
the environment, and improve the quality
of air as well as the health of individuals
and in the process contribute towards
climate action.
