- It talks about neglecting life as we try to just survive this world
- How we stubbornly accept the "norm" even though it's no longer right
- Who's really at fault? Is it life or is it us?

Doran is a reflection of our stubborn mindset of not wanting to change what we could change. Fearful of going outside the norm but at the same time blaming others for our own misfortunes. With this mindset, we tend to forget what it means to enjoy life and we get stuck in a vicious cycle.
