Su***de prevention month is upon us yet again, but what's really changing?

We're losing people to su***de everyday but what are we doing really to help prevent it from happening?

Break the Stigma, be willing to learn about su***de snd mental health for not only others but yourself too.

Break the Stigma talk about su***de, help others fight and deal with suicidal thoughts.

Break the Stigma, teach others everything you know regarding su***de and/or mental health rather.

Be the change. Let it start with you❤️.

So inmyfeels and have been working hard to bring you this new series Mental Health Check. On Mondays we mind our minds, Wednesdays break the stigma and on Fridays offload and unwind.

[ Worthy is a mental health awareness clothing brand aimed at arousing feelings of self worth and encouraging self love and forgiveness and acceptance for one self and others ].

In support to the collaboration, worthy and inmyfeels will continue working together on Mental Health Check in hopes to break the stigma around the word - mental health, to grow, to change for the better and to live a life in peace all starting with ones' mindset.

Stay tuned, it's going to be a beautiful journey and we'd love to share it with you❤️

Good morning💓...

March is Endometriosis awareness month, along with Lymphedena awareness month + Prostate Cancer + Ovarian Month and probably many more. Living with a condition is not easy and isn't the best things to deal with. Anyone living with a condition is strong. These people need nothing less of love and support.

I pray that everyone living with whatever condition there is oit there has the strength to never give up,has the strength to deal with it and everyday know they are enough.

May God heal and restore us. May he grant us our heart's desires and see us through it.
