On Christmas Eve (December 24th) we will only be open for Free Pizzas for families who need a hand.

We will be open from 11am to 1pm and doing pick-up only of XL Pepperoni and Cheese pizzas for people in need.

We will not be taking orders or answering the phone or messages or doing deliveries, just making pepperoni pizzas as fast as we possibly can and wishing people Merry Christmas.

If your family is having a hard time making ends meet this Holiday season, drop by the shop at 801 Red River rd. on December 24th between 11am and 1pm and we will send you off with an extra large pizza right out of the oven for you and yours.

We are all one community in Tbay, let's eat together.

We went to Coco Bay for dinner and we had the
Chicken noodle bowl: Salad, cucumbers, pickled carrots, crushed peanuts and choice of protein over rice noodles. Comes with Spring roll cuts

Cost : $20.95

And the Pho Tai: Rice noodles steeped in a flavourful beef broth, aromatic herbs and spices, with a fresh plate of breansprouts, basil and lime.

Cost: $20:95

Both meals were seasoned to perfection, with rich, well-balanced flavors that showed real care in their preparation. The Pho, definitely standsout, with just the right mix of spices to create a cozy, comforting experience for the chilly weather.

To top it off, the service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating.

We attended the Novemburger 2024 Wrap-Up: and to say it was a Huge Success is playing it down!

The United Way of Thunder Bay announced the official winners today at the press conference. With Red Lion Smokehouse winning this years Grand Prize! Congratulations on your victory!

In addition, here are the top 3 locations according to your votes (People’s Choice):
1. Dawson General Store
2. Outlaws Burgers & Fries Thunder Bay
3. The Sal - Salsbury Grill

And the award for Most Sold Burger was won by Outlaws Burgers & Fries Thunder Bay with over 6000 burgers sold, with Prospector Burger Barn coming a close second.

Together, we’ve made an incredible impact, raising well over $100,000 for ’s charity effort! Your support has not only fueled this event’s success but has also made a meaningful difference in our community.

As this year’s proud United Way of Thunder Bay ambassadors, we were tasked with the challenge of tasting and scoring 17 platinum locations. But we thought, it’d be awesome to be able to highlight all 41 locations instead. Because if there’s one thing we love more than good food, it’s going above and beyond for our community.

We got to experience the creativity, passion, and heart that each business owner poured into their craft. In a small way, it felt like we were part of something bigger, something that supports small businesses, uplifts lcharity efforts, and fosters new friendships along the way. Plus, let’s be real, it’s not every day you can call eating your civic duty!

What’s in it- Pomegranate beef patty 4oz.
(inspired from famous chapli kebab), Cheddar cheese, Caramelized onions, Grilled tomatoes, Arugula leaves, local buns,Indian pickled mayo

The bold flavors and spice stand out on this one,
With the Indian pickled mayo giving it a twang which for them is “their game changer”. This complements the juicy, patty cooked to perfection. Impeccable service and the Ambiance makes this a great finale for our run. Also thank you to the dessert on the house for our guests ❤️💪🏼

Dawson General Store for their Bacon Three way .

What’s in it- 2 all beef smash patties, A crispy House made Poncetta, House Smoked Bacon Jam, Zesty baconnaise, Applewood Smoked Cheddar Cheese,
fresh shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and sliced dill pickles on a fresh milk bun

Side:- No

Cost : $17

Coming off last year’s win, expectations of the defending champions were high, and they certainly didn’t disappoint. The house-smoked bacon jam which stands out on this one blends perfectly with the other bacon elements, creating the perfect layers for a truly three level bacon whirlwind of flavor.

Cheer's The Village Pub for their Double Bacon Whiskey Burger

What’s in it - Two Beef & Bacon Blend Burger Patties, Aged Cheddar, Maple Rosemary Glazed Bacon, Dark Ale Caramelized Onions, Whiskey Marinade Pickles, Whiskey Aioli on a House Made Potato Bun.

Unfortunately this location is closed at the moment due to an ongoing repair fix, we are hoping they keep the burger on the menu for a few days post Novemburger so patrons can try it after.

Bight Restaurant & Bar for their Bison Burger .

What’s in it - 5 oz patty, Local Bison from Stanley Farms , Caesar-Ancho Sauce, Pickled Jalapeño, Lettuce, Jalapeño Monterey Jack Cheese.

Side:- Fries, soup or salad

Cost: $26

The bison patty was incredibly tender and well-prepared. The Caesar-Ancho sauce gives it a flavorful uplift, which stands out on this experience. Great service too at this location!

Anchor & Ore for their Thunder Bird Burger
.

What’s in it- Toasted sesame brioch, an 8 Oz prime rib patty, homemade smoked pulled pork in a hot sweet BBQ sauce and topped with zesty citrus red cabbage slaw, Melting Thunder Oak gouda and crispy onions & A fried chicken wing crown.

Side:- French fries or Salad

Cost: $25

The blend of the pulled pork with the sweet hot BBQ sauce makes this an exciting experience and definitely stands out on this one. Well made! And great service too!

What’s in it: Seed patty with garlic balsamic aioli, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, pesto, melted Thunder Oak Gouda and crispy fried marinated artichokes on a fresh Donato’s bun.

Nice alternative to the typical meat patties we’ve had mostly on this run. The uniqueness stands out on this one.
