This is a podcast for geeks. It is a podcast for people who are passionate about different subjects and fandoms, and it is a podcast for those who want to find a community of similar interests. In Ecclesiastes, Solomon says: “Moreover, when God gives someone wealth and possessions, and the ability to enjoy them, to accept their lot and be happy in their toil–this is a gift of God. They seldom reflect on the days of their life, because God keeps them occupied with gladness of heart.” Since He is the one who has given me a passionate heart, I wanted to share those passions with others who feel the same. As a Christian, there will be no explicit content–I am all about good, clean fun! A Hobbit’s Second Breakfast is not affiliated with any organization.

The initial idea for A Hobbit’s Second Breakfast actually came about several years ago. My first idea was to start a YouTube channel, so I changed my profile picture and username, and even recorded a few things in my bedroom. I quickly realized that it would take more than my simple laptop in order to make a video of good quality, so the idea was suspended–but not forgotten. A friend recently shared the Anchor App with me and I love a good podcast myself, so I was thrilled to find an avenue through which I can share my passions with others.
