Got home from a week away last night …. Headed to utah to visit Kendrick BBQ and family and he took me over to Traeger Grills HQ to meet some of the team !!
After 2 days with him and his family I headed south with my uncle to pick up a ton of meat I got !

We drove home yesterday and I couldn’t way to get back on the Traeger …
Cooked up a easy spatchcock chicken hit with the Loco Pollo from my buddy Nick at Strongarm Bar and Grill

Let the MEATER ride until that IT was 165° and sided it with rice pilaf and some grilled asparagus seasoned with Traeger veggie rub
