Save this post and implement these shifts if you want to get your appointments filled with ideal patients 👇🏼

1️⃣ Your content - Your content is what will bring you more patients to your practice.
Posting just before & afters won't cut it, and nor will rushing a post throwing it together last minute.

People buy from people, show who you are as a surgeon. Talk through the processes of each surgery, educate & inspire patients - this builds authority and trust.

2️⃣ Community engagement - Along with your content you need to be engaging with your audience on a daily basis so that they are nurtured and ready to chose you as their surgeon.

It is so important to engage and connect with ideal patients as this positions you as the go to expert because you are really understanding their needs & desires.

3️⃣ Showing up every day - I see a lot of cosmetic surgeons who are posting 1/2 times a week, not showing up on stories and have no structure to their content plan.

When a patient is deciding on their surgeon they will turn to social media to see what transformations you create and your reputation in the industry. Having no structure, or unprofessional content will have those patients go elsewhere...

I know you read that and thought "I want to make an extra £6400 in a day without having to do the heavy lifting" and you absolutely can...

My client said she wanted to push a specific treatment so I created targeted content that spoke to her ideal client and this naturally brought her so many enquiries (almost 20) 😍 this resulting in a potential £6400 in one day!

This is SO insane for my client as she was focusing on her clients, I was focusing on her marketing. Meaning she could work IN her business and do more of what she loves...

3 mindset shifts I had to make in order to get where I am today 👇🏼

Starting & running a business is not easy no matter what anyone tells you... Especially when you go from having a job that is secured and consistent to a one man band.

1️⃣ Moved from a Fixed to Growth Mindset - With a fixed mindset, I felt stuck. When I adapted a growth mindset I knew that their was countless opportunities for me.

I knew that in order to grow and create the life I want I was the only person stopping myself so I had to change my thought process...

2️⃣ I invested in myself - Before I started my social media marketing agency, I was in a cushty job working as a nurse... but I wanted more for myself.

I started as a one man band and had no idea what I was doing so I HAD to invest into coaches to teach me what I know now and I thank god that I have been coached by the ones I have.

I was scared to invest but I knew it was what I needed to succeed.

3️⃣ Worked on my limiting beliefs - Now don't get me wrong, I still from time to time suffer from imposter syndrome & thinking i'm not good enough (we're all human and this is normal)

I personally think recognising and understanding what you perceive as your limiting beliefs will help you get to your goals better because you are then able to work through them and overcome them.
