Hi, I’m Novee and it’s so nice to meet you. My life revolves around my kids and fur babies until I realize that my cup was always half full. Running around trying to do all the things was draining me out until the point of exhaustion. That’s when this lovely lady introduced me to at home workouts, mindset shifts and a nutrition plan that would fit into my hectic lifestyle and helped me de-stress so I could conquer my day with an open mind and less anxiety.

Here are 3 quick tips to start your weight loss journey today!
1. Set your movement schedule and create workouts like you would an appointment. Stick to that timing + don’t miss it!
2. Aim to drink 16 ounces of water before and after each meal!
3. Wake up 15 minutes earlier than you NEED to to lock in some quiet, private time for yourself.

And this is for all my artsy friends. When I was younger I loved graffiti. Something about it seemed so freeing. To me, it was the freshest way to express yourself. Fun fact: At one point, I wanted to hire an artist to graffiti my son's bedroom walls. Now that it is more appreciated and known as street art, I try to find locations that have walls of art and use them as a backdrop 😊

Do you struggle with letting it go?

I don’t know about you but I’m a huge overthinker. I’m also a recovering perfectionist. Talk about the perfect cocktail for generating stress and anxiety!

I’ve tried MANY things over the years. I’ve tried meditation, confiding in friends, reading, and keeping busy. But ultimately, I’ve found that unless you work through and process your thoughts and emotions, you can never really reach a place of peace or detachment enough to let it go...

Enter the only solution that’s worked for me: daily journaling.

And I’m not talking necessarily about those “Dear Diary” entries you might have made as a teenager (although, they are a form of journaling, too!). The beauty of it all is that journaling has no rules or structure. You make it what you want it to be. But for me, it is an outlet that lets me pour my heart out on paper, work through my worries, sit back and challenge my thoughts and feelings, and process it all.

I am creating a 6 Week Commitment Group this summer and wanted to share it with you all!

Have you heard of 75 hard? It’s a lifestyle challenge that I’ve been thinking of trying and it just never feels like the right time to commit to 75 days of anything… but it’s my health! It’s our body, our mind, the only one we’ve got. So, I want to stop making excuses and start showing up as the person I know I have the potential to really be! So, no more pushing it back, no more putting it off… I have created a version of the challenge that is aligned with ME, my goals, and my lifestyle, and I wanted to see if anyone out there would want to do it together!

In just 20 minutes a day 😉

➡️ For the next 6 weeks, I am committing to...
🌋 Prioritizing my workout (20 minutes, at home, no equipment)
☀️ Getting outside (45 minutes)
🥗 Sticking to my meal plan
📗 Writing 5 things I am grateful for each morning

The likes might come for the person on the right, but I want to talk about the person on the left.

The person on the left is a reminder of how brave I was.
The person on the left is a reminder of how hard I dreamed of being happy.
The person on the left is a reminder of how I believed in myself.

She made the decision to make a change and take the first step.

Many of you may follow me and compare your first step to what you see NOW, but remember I was at the same place you are not too long along. Watching all the other transformations roll in, trying every fad diet I could Google search, and thinking how I could never do “that”.

Don’t compare your day 1 to my day 300, friend!

I thought I'd always have stomach that I hated and would forever feel uncomfortable in clothes, that I would never love my body either to wear a crop top.

But once I started focusing on my mindset and nutrition, I stopped focusing on just losing weight because I didn’t like my body, and started working hard to on decreased my bloated stomach.

Look, we’re all busy, and working out isn’t always easy. Summer should be a time for memories, relaxation, and new, confident adventures with family and friends. But if we’re not constantly making progress on ourselves, what is the alternative?

Taking small steps, consistently, has given me the confidence I NEVER thought I could have 👯

Seriously, all it took was:
- Committing to 20 minutes of targeted movement a day
- a balanced nutrition plan
- a nutrient-dense superfood shake that tastes like a milkshake
- a community of other people supporting each other

👉🏼 that’s my secret sauce. And I'm looking to share it 👭

Tell me if this sounds familiar…

You know that working out is important for your overall health and you try to add it in by buying a gym membership, hitting the machines, or by doing workouts at home you found on Pinterest or streaming random workouts from YouTube. And maybe you carry on like that for a little while but then life happens, you stop going to the gym, you spend more time trying to figure out which workout to do, or you’ve missed two days in a row and can’t seem to get “back on the bandwagon”. The next thing you know, the very thought of exercising or working out makes you want to crawl back in bed and hide.
