Shipping

All items are indicated as “in stock “ we will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. If you need to receive an item before the indicate ship date, please email ([email protected]) to inquire about rush deliveries. Ice De BB Boutique is not responsible for the damage or loss of any package. Ic

e De BB Boutique is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates it has been delivered. Ice De BB Boutique is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. Package sent back to Ice De BB Boutique or if for any reason will be subject to paying for the re- shipment of your order. Exchanges are available ONLY if there is a defect in the product within 7 days of initial receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, please email ([email protected]) within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned after 15 days will not be processed. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. If an item is damaged between 15 days after receipt, we will cover the cost of repair, but are not responsible for the cost associated with shipping the item to or from the shopper. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we believe the items have been intentionally damaged or misused

All exchanges and repairs require prior authorization. Please email ([email protected]) arrange the exchange/repair

You are responsible to ship your item to us. We are responsible for the package only after we receive it. We are not responsible should it get lost, damaged, mishandled, and/or stolen before it arrives. Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. This does not guarantee a cancellation, but if the order has not shipped, we will gladly cancel and refund your payment. Here Are Important Tips To Remember:

- Keep jewelry away from water, lotion, perfume, and all other chemicals.

- When jewelry is not worn, please keep in a jewelry box or pouch.

- Do not use soap and water, or jewelry cleaner.

- Always keep dry and away from humidity.
