I remember a time when I used to just blast my affiliate links everywhere, hoping for sales. 🫣

Hey! 😀 Are you ready to become an superstar? Great! Let me walk you through the steps to sign up for an affiliate marketing network.

1. First, you'll need to pick an affiliate marketing network that aligns with your or interests. There are loads of great networks out there like ShareASale, Amazon Associates, ClickBank, DigiStore24and CJ Affiliate to choose from.

Tip: To find within your niche type in Google the following "[niche] + affiliate programs" (ie. beauty affiliate programs, keto diet affiliate programs, weight loss affiliate programs, self-improvement affiliate programs, gaming affiliate programs, Canva affiliate program, ClickFunnels affiliate program, Walmart affiliate program, etc.)

2. Once you've picked your network, you'll need to click on the "Sign Up" or "Join" button to get started. Then, fill out the registration form with your personal and business information. It's important to make sure you understand the commission structure, payment schedule, and any other important details in the terms of service and affiliate agreement.

3. After submitting your application, it's time to sit back and wait for approval from the affiliate network. Don't worry if it takes a few days - good things come to those who wait!

4. Once you're in, log in to your account and check out the available . Look for ones that will resonate with your audience and offer competitive commissions.

5. Next, apply to join the programs you're interested in.

6. If you're accepted, it's time to get creative and start promoting the merchant's products using your unique affiliate links.

7. Next. make sure to track your clicks, conversions, and commissions using the network's reporting tools.

8. Buy a domain name to use with your affiliate links. You will forward your domain to the affiliate links. This will give your links a nice, safe and clean look. (i.e. https://yourdomainname.com/productnamehere)

9. Finally, remember to keep your campaigns fresh and optimized as you promote your affiliate links through your website, social media channels, email marketing, and other channels.

1. Choose a niche (i.e. travel, health, make money, gaming, etc. or chose something your passionate about and is profitable)
2. Choose an affiliate offer or program from one of the affiliate networks related to your choosen niche
3. Create a website or a piece of content about a topic in your niche (i.e. Ebook, report, blog article, video, etc.)
4. Get a domain name or use a tracking / shortening link that that points to this content
5. Promote your content (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

The affiliate gets paid not once but every time the referred customer makes a purchase on the merchant’s site. The payment may be made as a fixed amount or as a percentage of the sale amount.

Thus, we find that there are a number of affiliate marketing programs and the choice that you make must depend on your own convenience and requirement.

Let's talk a little about....The different types of affiliate marketing.

𝗣𝗔𝗬 𝗣𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗞 (𝗣𝗣𝗖) 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗣𝗔𝗬 𝗣𝗘𝗥 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 (𝗣𝗣𝗣)

PPC is the most popular as well as the easiest way of earning
money for affiliates having smaller websites. An affiliate gets
paid when a visitor is referred to his site i.e. when a user
clicks through the merchant’s banner or text ads. This payment
to the affiliate does not depend on whether the visitor makes
any actual purchase on the merchant’s site. Contrary to that,
under PPP affiliate marketing the affiliate gets paid only if
the referred visitor actually makes any purchase or if the
referred visitor turns into a lead. Due this difference, the
returns on PPC for an affiliate would be comparatively less
than PPP. PPP affiliate marketing is considered a better bet
for both the merchant as well as for the affiliates.

Similarly Pay Per Performance (PPP) affiliate marketing has yet
been classified into two categories: - pay per sales (PPS) and
pay per lead (PPL). As the name suggests under the PPS system,
the affiliate only gets paid if actual sales is made while under
PPL affiliate system, the affiliate gets paid if the visitor
fills up an application form or any such similar form related to
business of the company. This kind of system is used by
companies which depend on leads for their growth like finance
and insurance companies.
