Chat! Good news and bad news! Bad news first. I made a comment in a stream last night about kicking a soccer ball and FB yelled at me. I disputed it, won my dispute but unfortunately, they’re not allowing me to be shared in any groups for 7 days and suppressing my post reach for the next 28 days. Fear not, I’m steadfast in staying on FB. I’m never gonna “make it” regardless of where I am streaming so I will remain here on FB. The good news, streams will be returning after this month. Going against all the do’s and don’ts of FB Gaming, I will NOT have a regular schedule. I just don’t have the time to commit to it. So I will be live when I’m able. Until then, I’ll try and share streamers that I’m hanging out with when I’m able to post in groups again.

Hey all! I have news for you all!! As you have seen, I have not been live for a while. One reason was all a misunderstanding with one of our affiliates. The other was because of something I said as my personal account. It was a joke made in humor, but FB disagreed. Regardless, I CAN STREAM AGAIN!!!

I’m other news, I will be changing my Page Name here soon. Becoming Tactical Chicken was fun and all but it was more of an inside joke than anything. I’m not dead set on the name I’m going to go with but I definitely have one in mind I really like.

Next, I will be creating a Group Page. This will be a place for you to ask questions to myself and our community, but to also post Memes and other streams to share. You can also post your successes there too! I love to see y’all winning!!

Lastly, I’m going to create a stream schedule. When I was streaming everyday, I felt good! However, it took its toll on me and I got burned out really quick. Streams will be between 2-4 hours at a time, with the occasional double streams on the weekend.

I'm not gonna lie. I'm getting a little frustrated with FB Gaming... As many of you may remember, on May 8th of 2020 Fortnight held their Party Royal Premier LIVE event hosting Steve Aoki, Deadmau5, and Dillon Francis. It was my own fault for assuming, but I assumed that because it was a "Game Event", I would not be in violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act(DMCA). I came to this conclusion after a lot of research. Here is what I read that helped me justify my right to share the stream; "Exceptions include: 'Video games in the form of computer programs embodied in physical or downloaded formats that have been lawfully acquired as complete games, when the copyright owner or its authorized representative has received permission to lawfully use such copyrighted materials to be included as part of the video game.'" By that information gathered off Wikipedia at the time, I assumed it was safe to live stream the event. However, during the event my stream was partially muted, as well as having the live stream ended and a copy of it removed from my page. On top of that, I was restricted from going live for 24 hours. When I did go live again, I quickly realized that my stars for the month and ability to receive stars, were no longer available. Here I am today, being notified that my account is under review, AGAIN, for this incident that happened over a year ago....

Good morning you beautiful Chickee Nuggies!! I have 2 things I want to address.

1st!! My GoXLR showed up late yesterday afternoon. It is SO COOL!! Unfortunately, Amazon delivered it on a Sunday, which meant that customer service/tech support was closed. I do have an appt with them today when I get home. Just a few things I need to modify and I should be good to go!

2nd!! I am not going to name names since I was not directly involved but last night there was a few posts made by another FB streamer. This post blamed other FB streamers for their failures and for the situation they currently find themselves in and intentionally kept themselves in. Since some of our communities are mixed in with each other, I have one simple request. When and if you see posts like this, please don't just fall line and form your opinions based off what one person said. Be smarter than this and form your own opinion. This individual created a profile with a fake name where they stated they wanted to go by this name as a form of privacy from their personal life. Then said person gave their cell phone number out to more than a handful of people in the streaming community, along with admitting they sent personal pics as well. So while this individual is not wrong in being upset that someone violated their trust, this person also put themselves in this position by trusting the wrong people. To try and take others down with you that had ZERO involvement in your demise is distasteful and disgraceful.
