I had the opportunity to work with this talented, sweet lady Laura Ann Heaton Gray and Excelsior Studios LLC this past week making what I know will be a beautiful commercial for their client! It was an honor and so much fun too! Thank you for including me. I’m so happy that I got to see LA in person and truly enjoyed spending time with the other new faces I got to meet. Disclaimer…. We ARE staying in a nice area. Very expensive here for the week. It’s not the area, it’s the crowd. ❤️ They are awful. I can understand why God wiped humanity away with a flood. So mean to each other. All love grown cold.

I can’t say what it was yet, but I was cast in a super meaningful project over the last few days in Nashville. I don’t think I have ever worked so many hours straight! 😴💤💤💤 for the opprotunity and the new friends I got to work with. ❤️

I have to brag for two second and just say wow! What a beautiful family I have, husband included. These are three of the best kids with beautiful hearts. They are all so sweet, kind, thoughtful and all around beautiful people. It means so much to me to have them standup there with us on our big day as two families became one. My heart is so full!!! ❤️ This right here is literally the only thing I have ever wanted in life.

Look who’s up and at em this morning! We are please to be at the NPC Alabama State Championship as our first Calm Peak event back since open heart surgery. J.T. Thompson has promised he is going to sit a lot and take frequent breaks. It is so nice to see so many familiar faces here this morning and so close to home! Good luck to all the competitors. 💕

I never thought I would have a baby big enough to go visit at college but I do and I did! I’m very thankful for the time I got to spend with her yesterday afternoon and this morning and for her sweet bestie coming along. I love them!!! Having Reeder there made the car ride home bareable and fun! Without her I know this momma would have bawled her eyes out leaving her baby hours away! I love you, ladies!!!!

We are going home!!!! God is wonderful! has done so much better than they expected and exceeded all milestones. No month long stay in the ICU and no dialysis for life!!!! His kidney function is actually better than when we got there. He’s under pretty strict doctor’s orders for the next 6 weeks, is going to have to have some follow up procedures, is on bed rest for two more weeks, can’t drive for 4 weeks and cant lift over ten pounds for a few month. We will be having out patient rehab starting soon and he is determined that ⛪️ THE Patricia Lockhart and JT Thompson Wedding WILLL CONTINUE AS PLANNED ⛪️!!!!!! I’m so grateful I wasn’t the widow before I became the wife. The wedding may look a little different, but with God’s grace he will be able to walk down the isle!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ A huge thank you is due to Dr. Casterline and his team for their skilled hands and creativeness and thr ER @ Grandview Medical for getting him the CT scan he needed and calling in the surgery team stat and a big giant thank you and hug to all of those wonderful nurses and staff that took care of both of us this last week in the CICU.

Day 6 . The staff is great and they are taking great care of . Not exactly the couples get away I envisioned, but super grateful for him to be alive and with us. Continued prayers please.

Good Morning! J.T. Thompson is up. He has had his breakfast, which he complained was awful (good news he’s complaining!) and in all fairness, it didn’t look that great ( a huge blessing he can eat!!!) He’s had a short walk and is in his chair. Many of you have asked about flowers and visitors. He can’t have live flowers, but HE CAN HAVE BALLOONS 🎈 and who doesn’t love those. Visiting hours are until 6:30 pm. He is in CICU so visitors have to be over 16 and just one person at a time. Please text or call (I’m not really answering the phone, trying to keep it as quiet in here as possible) me first if you decide to come so that I can coordinate visitation and make sure he is presentable. I do have his phone, it’s ok to text me on mine or his. We are at GRANDVIEW MEDICAL CENTER, CICU, 10th Floor, Room 1005. He is under James Thompson.

🚨 Update on , , J.T. Thompson. He came out of surgery about 8am. He still has not woken up and is on a ventilator and is progressing a little slower than they would like. He can’t have visitors yet, but I was allowed to go in and see him for a moment and let him know I am here. He did have a small reflex when I told him I love him so I know he could hear. I refuse to leave the hospital until they kick me out. Tomorrow they said that I can come back at 7:00am and camp out, but that I have to leave tonight at 9:00 pm. As I said, he did make it out of surgery. They replaced his aortic stem with a graph and he now has a nice new mechanical valve. They also fixed the aorta where it turns downwards, then put in a few stints and then also fixed an aneurysm. They were not able to fix all the dissection because there is so much so he will be on a long road of bed rest to heal, as if he wouldn’t be already form the surgery. He did loose most of his blood volume and received several units of replacement blood. Being ther he only has one functioning kidney now his body is struggling to flush the fluid and also the anesthesia. They are not able to give him pain medicines at this time. He will have to have more procedures after this one and have both coartid arrteries cleared as well and his kidney issues addressed. We are in for the long haul. Please continue to pray that God will continue to hold him and continue to breathe the breath of life into him and that he will wake up soon and also that the Encephalitis he is experiencing will not cause permanent damage. We are not out of the woods yet and still in a critical situation. ❤️ I have been up for 31 and a half hours straight now so please forgive any jumbled syntax. Keep him in your prayers and call everyone you know who prays. He needs it. God is good and all things are possible.
