In August 2023, Tiffany’s fiancé, Reginald Robertson, was charged with her murder. He remains in custody, facing multiple charges, including kidnapping, r**e, and concealing a death. Investigators continue to actively work on the case and are determined to locate Tiffany’s remains to bring her family some sense of peace.

On 4/10/2023, a man was found deceased under an overpass in the area of 103rd Street and US Highway 69 in , . The John Doe was between 35 and 50 years old with a thin build. He was approximately 5’7” tall and 124 pounds with short, black, gray, and white white head hair, and mostly grey/white mustache and goatee. He had brown eyes and multiple linear scars on his left forearm and a faded character tattoo on the back of his upper left shoulder. The man was wearing red track pants with a white stripe, a dark gray and black fleece jacket, a grayish-green Izod vest and brown “Redhead” leather boots with camouflage.

Found under an underpass of 103rd street and US Highway 69.~~Per an OPPD officer: made contact with the suspected decedent in 03/2023 and he reported his name was Alberto Gomez. He claimed to be from Kansas City, Kansas and only moved down to Overland Park recently as he was continuously getting robbed in Kansas City at the homeless camps/shelters.

On 11/28/2013, the partial skeletal remains of a male were discovered in a wooded area near the in , . Near the remains they located a Green hooded sweatshirt with "Kino Wrestling" in gold lettering, brown hiking-style boot, size 10-10.5. Per NCIC they also found a small yellow rope possibly used as a belt; prescription bottle with unknown watery substance; coins; guitar pick; and a light blue men's comb. They estimate the remains may have been there for approximately 10 years.

Fort Myers cybercrimes unit arrested Kyler Michael Morgan, 20, of Okeechobee, for one count of computer use to solicit a minor, one count of engaging in communications harmful to a minor and two counts of possession of child sexual abuse material. Agents say Morgan was soliciting sexual images from a juvenile online. The investigation remains active and agents believe there may be additional victims. Caitlin Denison, a 19-year-old from Reno, Nevada, has been missing since January 10, 2018. She was last seen boarding a plane to Midland, Texas, with an unidentified man whom she had met shortly before. Caitlin told her family that she was uneasy about the trip, but she still went. After arriving in Texas, Caitlin spoke to her sister and said she felt unsafe. This was the last known contact anyone had with her.

Since her disappearance, there have been no confirmed sightings of Caitlin, and the man she traveled with remains unidentified. The case has attracted attention due to the mysterious circumstances surrounding her disappearance and the lack of leads. Caitlin’s family continues to search for answers, and her case remains open and unsolved.

**The Disappearance of Brandon Swanson:**

On May 14, 2008, 19-year-old Brandon Swanson disappeared after his car went off the road near the small town of Porter, Minnesota. Brandon had been out celebrating the end of the college semester with friends and was driving home when he accidentally drove into a ditch.

Brandon called his parents for help, saying he was near the town of Lynd, but when they arrived, they couldn’t find him or his car. Over the phone, Brandon said he could see the lights of a nearby town and decided to walk there to meet them. During the call, which lasted for about 45 minutes, Brandon suddenly exclaimed “Oh, sh*t!” and the line went dead. He was never heard from again.

Extensive searches, including the use of search dogs and helicopters, were conducted, but neither Brandon nor any clues were found. His disappearance remains unexplained, with theories ranging from an accidental drowning to foul play, but no definitive answers have emerged.

Jason Jolkowski was a 19-year-old college student and part-time employee at a local Fazoli's restaurant in Omaha, Nebraska. On **June 13, 2001**, Jason was called into work early, but his car was in the shop, so he made plans to meet a coworker at **Benson High School**, about eight blocks from his home. He was seen by a neighbor around **10:45 AM**, bringing in trash bins from the curb, after which he began walking toward the school.

Despite being in a familiar area, Jason never made it to the school, and no one has reported seeing him during his walk. His cell phone and wallet were left at home, and no signs of foul play have ever been discovered. Jason was described as responsible and not the type to leave without telling anyone, making his sudden disappearance even more puzzling.

Despite extensive searches by police, family, and volunteers, no trace of Jason has ever been found. There were no signs of struggle or a crime scene, and his case remains one of the most baffling missing person cases in Nebraska history. The lack of physical evidence and witness accounts have made it difficult for investigators to form a clear theory of what happened to him.

By turning down the plea deal, a death penalty case is still on the table for Alysia Adams.‼️

‼️ Caddo County Woman Expected to Plead Guilty to Murder of 4-Year-Old Athena Brownfield ‼️

Alysia Adams, Athena’s aunt, who was initially charged following the discovery of Athena’s remains in rural Grady County, is set to return to court on Wednesday. Adams, who previously pleaded not guilty, is now expected to change her plea to guilty in a blind plea agreement for first-degree murder.

This tragic case has been closely followed by the community, and we hope this step provides some sense of accountability in the pursuit of justice for Athena.

A caretaker charged with murdering 4-year-old Athena Brownfield will be in court for a possible plea deal on Wednesday.

HEARTBREAKING UPDATE FROM POLICE -

It is with immense sadness that we have to report that missing Joshua McCoy has been found deceased.

On Tuesday, November 12, the search continued with help from federal partners, local Search and Rescue, along with CORSAR.

On Tuesday, Nov. 12, around 12:30 p.m., McCoy was discovered deceased and found approximately 1.6 miles straight-line distance northwest from the child’s residence, and almost two miles by road, police said.

The investigation is ongoing.
