Katie Ledecky won the 800-freestyle on Saturday at the World Aquatics Championships to become the first swimmer to win six golds in the same event at the worlds. It was also her 16th individual world title, breaking a tie with legendary Michael Phelps for the most golds in the world.

Cleveland Police have asked for the community’s help in locating a 15-year-old mother and her 1-month-old baby.

Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia said Amirah Jackson and her child, Amir, have been missing since July 27 and were last seen in the 9400 block of Harvard Avenue in the city’s Union Miles neighborhood.

Ciaccia said their family reported them as missing on July 28.

Anyone with information has been asked to call Cleveland Police at 216-621-1234 or 9-1-1.

Meanwhile… A Los Angeles truck driver born with two pen*ses is speaking out about his unusual s*x life, saying several of his lovers enjoyed the fact that he had multiple members.

The man, identified only as Tank, suffered from diphallia, a genetic abnormality in which a male is born with two pen*ses.

According to the National Institutes of Health, the condition is incredibly rare and is estimated to affect less than 1,000 men and boys across the United States.

In an interview with Soft White Underbelly, Tank revealed that he was sent to a juvenile detention center after being convicted of manslaughter at the age of 12.

Tank was a virgin until his release from custody at the age of 24 and set out to make the most of his extra organ after obtaining freedom.

Meanwhile in Downtown Los Angeles camera video was released by police on Tuesday shows what led up to a shooting inside a downtown Los Angeles hotel that left a knife-wielding suspect hospitalized.

The incident happened on June 25 in the lobby of the Miyako Hotel on 1st Street in Little Tokyo. Officers responded to a call about an assault with a deadly weapon.

Meanwhile in Colorado A Colorado State Patrol (CSP) trooper was seriously injured when he leaped off the side of a bridge in a last-ditch attempt to avoid being struck by a suspected drunk driver.

Troopers were initially called to a property damage crash at approximately 3:45 a.m. along Interstate 270 in Adams County. While investigating, a Jeep moving at high speed struck the side of a parked, unoccupied CSP cruiser.
About 45 minutes later, another, unrelated vehicle, also speeding, ran over “multiple traffic cones in the right lane that were positioned to warn oncoming traffic,” and slammed into a second unoccupied CSP vehicle that had been called to assist.
Dash camera video showed Trooper Kevin Bagley’s split-second reaction as the unoccupied patrol cruiser came straight at him. Bagley can be seen leaping over a railing, falling over 30 feet onto a river bank below.

He sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries in the process. “[Bagley] was discharged on Sunday, July 23, and will begin his long recovery at home,” the CSP said.

Meanwhile in Oakland,California A naked woman armed with a gun opened fire into oncoming traffic on a busy bridge in Northern California Tuesday.

The shooting happened on the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. No injuries were reported, and the woman was taken into custody.

Michael Crawford and his co-worker Alex were on their way back to the East Bay region after work and came across a car parked sideways, blocking multiple lanes of traffic.

"I heard the pop, like I saw her walking around and I heard (pop) and I was like 'Oh, that's a gun, that's actually a gun.' So I heard it before I saw it," Crawford said.

They noticed a woman, not wearing any clothes, firing a weapon into oncoming traffic.

"Like what am I supposed to do right now?" Crawford said. "What am I supposed to do? Like how do I get out of here, we can't just stay here, we're sitting ducks, we have nothing but a windshield protecting us."

The California Highway Patrol says around 4:40 p.m., callers reported a reckless driver heading eastbound on the bridge.

At one point, she stopped on the bridge, got out of her car and started yelling at other drivers with a knife in her hand. But she got back in the car, passed a toll plaza approaching the 880 Interchange and got out for a second time.
