Hey friends,
Apologies for the delay with this episode. Jackson has had a lot going on in his life but is gradually getting back on track.
We're definitely eager to get the show on the road and I'm excited to pump out more episodes and have more authentic dialogues!
In this episode we explore Jackson's psychology and I ask him some personal/ confronting questions about some hot topics around anxiety, relationships and values (all powerful questions asked in episode description). We also get into some really interesting nuance around practically dealing with negative emotion like anxiety using mindfulness which I always get giddy about. I always find a lot of value hearing Jackson talk authentically about his struggles and triumphs and also picked up a few books that have gone right to the top of my reading list having heard them recommended by Jackson.
