The Fellowship of Guelphissauga continues with the annual student housing games. Unlike last year, this year's games were not being played by the students, since they were already getting priced out of the housing market. Only the Fats Cats in the University's Ivory Tower could afford to play this year, after apparently not bothering to pay a construction company 6.1 million dollars. The Mayor and the Council of Elders also joined the games as they tried to safely supply more housing without breaking the Rule of the Ward. Just like the University with their multi-year million dollar deficits, the Mayor faced financial challenges with using his Strong Mayor Powers on his unbalanced books. Can Carly of Klassen and the Elder Elves do anything about the Shire's Housing Cost Crisis, and will the University and the Mayor balance their books?

The Fellowship of Guelphissauga continues with the passing of Sir Edward's Bench. It was a sad day at the bench downtown as the news broke about Sir Edward of Bench passing away this week. As the only person to be knighted in the Fellowship, his legacy will live on through his daily thing-thang at HIS bench downtown. Meanwhile in the Mayor's office downtown, he was preparing for the 7 hour-long Safe Space Bylaw Battle Meeting. He wanted to scale up his fight against the growing tent encampments ruining the view from his office window. He mapped out a plan with the help of the Sunshine Listers to flex his Strong Mayor Powers against them. Can Carly of Klassen and the Elder Elves do anything about the Shire's Housing Cost Crisis, and is small scale better than no scale?

The Fellowship of Guelphissauga continues with the Mayor searching for European Inspiration in the streets of Paris and the swamps of Toronto. After getting booted from the Homeless Hotels and burned out of the forest, the tent city has returned to the downtown core. It caught the attention of the residents of the Brant Avenue apartments, since they might have to join them from getting renovicted. Meanwhile, the Mayor split town to find European Inspiration in Paris, France, at the Global Covenant of Mayors meeting. He also tried to flex his Strong Mayor Powers with his global friends in Toronto to launch their ironically named "Solve the Crisis" campaign. Can Carly of Klassen and the Elder Elves do anything about the Shire's Housing Cost Crisis, and will the Mayor get help from his global friends?

The Fellowship of Guelphissauga continues with more meetings about the Housing Cost Crisis taking up public space. The freshly laundered money at the Homeless Hotels was running dry, so more than a dozen people were booted back onto the streets. They had setup camp at their old site downtown, ruining the view from the Mayor's office window. He was watching his European Inspired SimCity deteriorate in front of his eyes as the Planet Bean coffee shop was also going broke downtown. To tackle the expanding Housing Cost Crisis, and restore the scenic view from his office window, the Mayor called a special meeting on August 28th to talk about it. Can Carly of Klassen and the Elder Elves do anything about the Shire's Housing Cost Crisis, and will the Mayor's special meeting restore the view downtown?

The Fellowship of Guelphissauga continues with the Housing Cost Crisis lighting up the Shire and people's rent. This week, yet another tent encampment was lit up as black smoke billowed over the Hanlon. The firefighters who extinguished the flames thought the cause was accidental, but the man living there had other suspicions. Meanwhile, the Mayor and the Council of Elders were tackling the problems from people lighting up their neighbourhoods, and expanding the Housing Cost Crisis to the streets of downtown. Can Carly of Klassen and the Elder Elves do anything about the Housing Cost Crisis, and will the new bylaw stop people from lighting up the Shire?

The Fellowship of Guelphissauga continues with the Mayor humouring tiny homes to combat the Shire's incoming student surge. He had to find housing for the incoming surge of over one thousand students on the University's residence wait-list this fall. After filling up the Homeless Hotels and failing to pave over our parks, the Mayor looked to the Tiny Homes Group for support. Meanwhile in the University's Ivory Tower, the Fat Cats there were keeping quiet about their incoming student surge this fall. They were instead dealing with their own tent encampment on campus and their professors' silly comments online. The Fellowship of Guelphissauga continues with red tape causing more delays and complaints for the Mayor. He's had to deal with the population pressures from the Lord of the Liberals open border policy and the University's over-enrolment this fall. The Mayor had flexed his Strong Mayor Powers to find places to go full-out YIMBY mode, but he was getting push-back over paving over our parks. People were writing letters to the Mayor asking him what happened to our once beautiful city and it's out of date decorations. Meanwhile, the Tiny Homes group was also facing red tape with their attempt to remedy the Shire's Housing Cost Crisis.
