Recipe:
Ingdts - oil, onion, garlic, green and red chilli, 1/2 k fish (fried), salt, pepper, 1/4c ketchup, 2tbsp sugar, 1/4c vinegar, 1/4c soy sauce, oyster sauce, 3/4c water (balance the taste add gradually)
Saute onion, garlic, chillis (adjust according to how spicy you want it to be). Add soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, ketchup, sugar, salt and pepper, add water. Bring to boil and add fish. Reduce the sauce til it thickens. Season to taste. Enjoy!
