“Then the Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground. He breathed the breath of life into the man’s nostrils, and the man became a living being.” - Genesis 2:7
Genesis 2:7 states that God created mankind from the dust of the ground. The elements found on Earth, including those in our bodies, originated from the remnants of ancient stars. These stars go through life cycles that end in supernovas, spreading elements like carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen into space. You are made of stardust. You are a star.
