A typical person with ADHD like me sometimes get these aha moments when we’re doing something good for us and feeling the effects.
The ironic thing is that I already knew that exercise makes me feel great. It’s a surge of energy that makes my day so much more productive.
But why do we find it so hard to execute what benefits our brains? Luckily I found a great accountability partner in @raquelita7986 who pushes me to get moving and grooving🚲
