With the passing of Robbie Robertson we reflect on the annual tribute to The Band - The Next Waltz. A fund Raiser for the Jeremy Wilson Foundation. Here is a set from 2017 for you to enjoy.

For more than a decade, the Jeremy Wilson Foundation 501(c)3 (JWF) has been dedicated to improving the overall well-being of local musicians and their families during times of medical crisis. Our Musicians’ Emergency Healthcare Program (MEHP) provides both emergency financial assistance for qualified recipients and critical consultative support through the JWF volunteer social services team. This social services component, led by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, enables us to connect those we serve with additional local, state, or federal aid and help them navigate the complex healthcare system.

As performances were canceled and venues began to close in March 2020, the JWF quickly responded to the impact of COVID-19 on the music community by establishing a donor-directed COVID-19 Oregon Musicians’ Relief Fund to provide immediate support to musicians in Oregon and Clark County, WA. The JWF’s small volunteer team directed significant resources toward this fundraising effort, and to date has allowed us to distribute $53,000 in direct assistance to 106 musicians and music industry workers.
