Have you ever considered getting your business on TikTok? This year, we started creating content for some of our clients on TikTok, and the results have been incredibly rewarding. Compared to reels, TikTok is where it's at right now!

Here are our top tips:

👉🏽 Keep it Short and Sweet: Aim for around 15-60 seconds to keep viewers engaged.

👉🏽 Use Trending Music and Effects: TikTok provides a wide range of music and effects that can help make your videos more engaging and in tune with current trends.

👉🏽 Utilize Hashtags: Hashtags are essential for reaching a wider audience on TikTok. Use relevant and popular hashtags to increase the visibility of your content.

👉🏽 Stay Consistent: Consistency is key on TikTok. Post regularly to keep your audience engaged and to stay relevant on the platform.

👉🏽 Experiment with Different Content: Don't be afraid to try out different types of content to see what resonates with your audience. TikTok is a platform that rewards creativity and experimentation.

Hello from Rhi👋

I can't believe it's almost a year since I started working for Neat. I remember seeing the job ad and thinking "Surely that's too good to be true?" After arriving in NZ, I returned to bar work for the first time in about 8 years and quickly realised it wasn't for me. I missed Marketing, which had been my career for so long, and although NZ was only supposed to be a 6-month stint for me, I could feel myself planting down my roots a lot deeper than I could have imagined.

That's when the job ad came up which I applied for instantly, to be met with a message off G asking if I'd like to catch up in the morning. Clearly I'd been out of the interview game for far too long - in my head, that was just a coffee and a 5-minute chat to get to know each other 😂 so when the interview questions came rolling in, I had to think on my feet for a hot minute!! (Also, who just wants to 'catch up' when you've just applied for a job? I was a bit delulu after the travelling spell.)

Thankfully, the interview went really well and G offered me the job later that week! Almost a year later, I'm still pinching myself at the opportunity. Not only am I in a job I love, but I get to work with a total boss gal who inspires and supports me every day, and I can't wait to see what the next year brings for both us❤️

And just like that, we're signing off for Christmas!

It's been an incredible year for us at Neat. We've onboarded new clients, done numerous shoots, written copy for days, prepped and strategised and developed creative ideas like there's no tomorrow.

Whilst our fingers are tired and our eyes are square, our hearts are full and we're so excited to unwind over the festive season to come back in the New Year with fresh ideas and fire in our bellies! We hope you all have the most wonderful Christmas with your loved ones💕 G & Rhi x

What a whirlwind these past 6 months have been since I joined Neat!🌪️ Although this past year has been a whirlwind since I started my travels. I left the UK back in October 2022 with the plan of travelling SE Asia, Indonesia, Australia and NZ in 9 months (ambitious, I know). Now, just over a year later, I'm currently applying for my 3-year extension here with no plan to go home in sight!

It's crazy just how comfortable you can feel outside of what you thought was your comfort zone. Before I finished Uni, I'd never left home, could barely make my way into town without using my sat nav and just generally cruised through life without giving much thought to the 'grown-up' world.

Then all of a sudden, I was packing my bags to move by myself to the other side of the country and after 5 years of being a London girl, I packed myself up and travelled to the other side of the world!

Adult Status: elite.
Navigational Skills: still concerning.
