Angela Ijeoma Okorie popularly known as Angela Okorie is a famous Nigerian actress.

She was born on August 17, 1975 in Cotonou, Benin Republic. She is the third of five children.

She is currently 47 years old (1975-2022).

Angela Okorie is originally from Ishiagu Local Government Area in Ebonyi State in the south eastern part of Nigeria.

Angela Okorie attended her primary and secondary school education where she obtained both her First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate.

After completing her secondary education education, Angela Okorie proceeded to University of Lagos where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Arts. After which she proceeded to the Lagos State University and bagged another Degree in Public Administration.

Angela Okorie joined Nollywood professionally in 2009 where she acted her first movie titled "Sincerity", after a decade of modelling for a soap company. The movie was produced and Directed by Stanley Egbonini and Ifeanyi Ogbonna respectively.

In 2014, she was described as one of the "most sought after actresses" in Nollywood by Vanguard newspaper, as well as a "popular actress" that interprets roles with ease by The Nation newspaper.

In 2015, she won the City People Entertainment Awards for Best Supporting Actress in an English film.

Angela Okorie in the course of her acting career has acted alongside top Nollywood actors and actresses like Nonso Diobi, Chigozie Atuanya, Yemi Blaq, Oge Okoye, Genevieve Nnaji amongst others.

She has starred in movies like Sincerity, Secret Code, Heart of a Widow, Royal Va.mpire, Palace of Va.mpire, etc.

She has garnered over 3.9 million followers on her Official Instagram page.

She turned 47 years today.
