In 2019 I was evicted from my apartment.
By the end of 2019 I was living rent and mortgage free because I learned and implemented Adverse Possession on an ABANDONED PROPERTY. The home was mortgage free and I swooped in and have been possessing it lawfully since 2019, RENT AND MORTGAGE FREE!

Please understand that you have to be precise with the property you claim. With the recent “laws” being passed to ward off “squatting”, the confusion of Adverse Possession vs Squatting is being misconstrued as “squatting” only.

This is why it’s crucial to comprehend the differences. Claiming a property that’s just sitting there waiting to be sold is up for grabs and better it be you than it revert to investors or the state.

Don’t be discouraged by what you see regarding squatting, understand what you’re doing so you can defend your actions if need be.
