Royal Mail have been given the option to scrap Saturday deliveries, which I assume would save them lots of money. Rishi Sunak has said 'not on my watch'.. but I'm confused... Royal Mail was privatised in 2013, and isn't the responsibility of the government anymore. It's a private, profit making company. We can't go around privatising public services and then expect them to still act like nationalised companies, surely? Cake and eat it etc.
