Cream Cheese Chicken Enchiladas 😋❤️
Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
5 cups diced cooked chicken
20 flour tortillas (6 inches), room temperature
2 cans (10-1/2 ounces each ) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 cups sour cream
1 cup 2% milk
2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chiles
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, water, onion powder, cumin, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in chicken.
Place 1/4 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in 2 greased 13x9-in. baking dishes. In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, milk and chiles; pour over enchiladas.
Bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

Pillsbury Crescent Roll Taco Bake 😋😋
Ingredients
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
3/4 cup Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky salsa
2 tablespoons Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

Steps

Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll dough; separate into 8 triangles. Place in ungreased 9-inch square pan or 10-inch pie plate; press over bottom and up sides to form crust.

In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in salsa and taco seasoning mix; simmer 5 minutes. Spoon meat mixture in crust-lined pan; sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 14 to 17 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted. Served topped with lettuce and tomato, if desired.

Old Time Oven Peach Cobbler😋
Ingredients :
°6 tsp un-salted butter 80 g
°5 yellow peaches, cored, cut into slices 750 g
°1 cup sugar 200 gm
°1 tablespoon lemon, squeezed and half a lemon
°1 C white-flour () 130 g
°1 tablespoon of baking powder (baking powder) 8 g
°1 pinch of salt 0.1 g
°2/3 cup part-skim milk, 20 ml
°1 pinch nutmeg

Method :
Preheat oven to 175°C/350°F. Put the butter in a 22×33 cm baking dish and place in the oven for a few minutes until the butter melts.
Adding peach tranches also for a third of sugar & lemon juice to saucepan & stirring until blended . Cook over medium heat for a few minutes, until sugar dissolves and peach juice comes out. Remove from fire and reserve.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Stir in milk until homogeneous. Pour mixture into baking dish, over melted butter, without mixing but smoothing into an even layer.
Pour the peach juice on the dough. Sprinkle nutmeg on the face.

Baking in the middle of oven to golden, for 40 min .
Serve hot or at room temperature.

Impossible coconut custard pie …magically makes it’s own crust!
Ingredients

1/2 cup Bisquick
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 cup milk
1 can (3 1/2 oz.) coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 TBS. butter, softened

Directions

Combine all ingredients and pour into 9 inch buttered pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until custard sets. Like magic it layers into crust, custard, coconut topping. Cool.

Taco Stuffed Bell Peppers
INGREDIENTS

4 halved medium green peppers
1.5 pound browned ground beef
1 packet taco spice mix, or if you’re looking for a fantastic meal recipe for homemade taco seasoning
3/4 cup of liquid
1 pound cheddar cheese
1 gallon sour cream
a half cup of salsa

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the seeds and wash the peppers before cutting them in half lengthwise through the centre.. Pour 1/4 cup water into a casserole dish. Microwave on high for 7–10 minutes, or until peppers are tender. Check for doneness on a regular basis.
Meanwhile, brown the ground beef until it is fully done. Cook according to the recipe or packet instructions, adding the taco seasoning and water as needed. Combine the sour cream, salsa, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese after the meat has been cooked.
Using nonstick spray, coat a 13 x 9 baking dish. Fill the dish with cooked peppers and a generous amount of the meat and cheese mixture. Finish with the remaining cheese.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the peppers are hot and the cheese has melted.. Serve with a side of salsa and your favorite taco fixings. Enjoy!

STRAWBERRY CAKE!!! 💖
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CAKE:
1 white cake mix
3 Tablespoons flour
3 eggs
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (3 ounce) package Strawberry Jell-o
1/2 cup frozen strawberries, thawed, drained
FROSTING:
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
3/4 cup frozen strawberries, thawed, drained
4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease and flour two 9" round cake pans.

Combine cake mix, flour, oil, water, eggs and Jell-o in your mixer. I mixed for 2 minutes. Gently fold in frozen strawberries.

Pour into prepared cake pans and bake for approximately 25 minutes. Use the "toothpick test" to make sure cake is done in the middle.

Turn out on a cooling rack to cool completely.

Pre-Pare the Frosting: Combine frosting ingredients until frosting is desired consistency. Add more sugar to thicken, more strawberries to thin. Frost in between layers, and the outside as you would any cake.

Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired. Don't do this step too far in advance, as they will become syrupy.

BEST HOMEMADE SALSA EVER 😋😋 Don't Lose This
Ingredients
1 can (28 ounce) whole tomatoes with juice
2 cans (10 ounce) Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 whole jalapeño, quartered and sliced thin
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 c. cilantro (more to taste!)
1/2 whole lime juice
Directions
Combine whole tomatoes, Rotel, onion, jalapeno, garlic, sugar, salt, cumin, lime juice, and cilantro in a blender or food processor. Pulse until you get the salsa to the consistency you'd like—I do about 10 to 15 pulses. Test seasonings with a tortilla chip and adjust as needed.
Refrigerate salsa for at least an hour. Serve with tortilla chips or cheese nachos

Baklava Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1/2 pound chopped pecans
1/2 pound chopped walnuts
2-3 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 pound package of Phyllo dough
1-1/2 cups butter, melted
2-1/2 cups honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
Mix nuts together in a large bowl and toss with the ground cinnamon. Set aside.
INSTRUCTIONS
Butter a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Place 2 sheets of phyllo in the bottom of prepared dish. Brush generously with melted butter.
Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of nut mixture on top. Repeat layers until all the nuts, butter, and phyllo are used.
End with about 6 layers of phyllo on the top. If you still have some butter left, brush it over the top layer.
Using a very sharp knife, cut through all layers of the baklava. Cut 3-4 sliced length-wise.
Then make diagonal cuts to make diamond shapes.
Bake in heated 350-degree oven for about 45 minutes, until golden and crisp.
While baklava is baking, heat honey in a saucepan until close to boiling. Stir in vanilla and lemon zest.
When baklava is done baking, immediately pour the honey mixture over the top.
Let cool completely in the pan.

Old South Coca-Cola Pork Loin - Don't Lose It!!!
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1 cup Coca Cola
1/2 cup Dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup Ketchup
2 cloves Garlic ; minced
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon Ginger
1 teaspoon Thyme ; crushed
5 pounds Pork loin roast ; b***d and rolled
Glaze:
1 cup Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Corn starch
1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
2 tablespoons Butter
1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2/3 cup Coca Cola
Sea Salt
Fresh ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all the ingredients except for the meat to form a marinade. Place roast in plastic zip-lock bag, pour in marinade and seal. Place in a large bowl to keep marinade from spreading away from roast.
Let stand for 24 hours, or overnight in refrigerator, patting and turning the bag every few hours.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove roast from marinade; discard marinade. Place roast, fat side up, on rack in roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer into thickest part. Do not add water or cover. Roast in oven until temp is 175 degrees. Allow 30-40 minutes per pound for roasting, so five pounds would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours. During last half hour of cooking time, brush on the glaze. (see below)
Remove from oven and pan onto a platter. Cover with a foil tent to seal steam and rest the meat 15 minutes before slicing.
Alternately, you may roast at 250-275 for twice as long. The meat will be even more tender.
Glaze:
Mix together all ingredients in sauce pan; simmer and stir to thicken. Brush or spoon glaze on meat frequently during cooking. Serve remaining sauce with sliced pork.

Incredibly Moist and Easy Carrot Cake
YOU WILL NEED
FOR CARROT CAKE
2 cups (250 grams) all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 ¼ cups (295 ml) canola or other vegetable oil
1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar
1 cup (200 grams) lightly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
3 cups (300 grams) grated peeled carrots (5 to 6 medium carrots)
1 cup (100 grams) coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 cup (65 grams) raisins
FOR CREAMY FROSTING
8 ounces (225 grams) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 ¼ cups (140 grams) powdered sugar
1/3 cup (80 ml) heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup (50 grams) coarsely chopped pecans, for topping cake
DIRECTIONS
MAKE BATTER
Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (176C). Grease two 9-inch round cake pans and line the bottom with parchment paper then grease the top of the paper. Or, grease and flour the bottom and sides of both pans.
In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and the cinnamon until well blended.
In a separate bowl, whisk the oil, sugars, and vanilla. Whisk in eggs, one at a time, until combined.
Switch to a large rubber spatula. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl then add the dry ingredients in 3 parts, gently stirring until they disappear and the batter is smooth. Stir in the carrots, nuts, and raisins.
BAKE CAKE
Divide the batter between the prepared cake pans. Bake until the tops of the cake layers are springy when touched and when a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, 35 to 45 minutes.
Cool cakes in pans for 15 minutes then turn out onto cooling racks, peel off parchment paper and cool completely. (If you find that a cake layer is stuck to the bottom of the pan, leave the cake pan upside down and allow gravity to do its thing).
TO FINISH
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with a handheld mixer on medium speed until creamy, about 1 minute.
Beat in the powdered sugar, a 1/4 cup at a time until fluffy. Pour in cream and beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Chill covered until ready to frost cake.
When the cake layers are completely cool, frost the top of one cake layer, place the other cake layer on top. Decoratively swirl the top of the cake with remaining frosting, leaving the sides unfrosted. Scatter nuts on top

what you need:
2/3 c. Minute Rice
2 3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
how to make this:
First step : Combine Minute Rice, milk & raisins, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla & nutmeg in a buttered 1 quart baking dish.
Second step : Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 h, stirring after 15 mins & again when pudding is done.
Third step : Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Finally step : Serve warm or chilled. Pudding thickens as it stands.
