🌟 We're thrilled to share this beautiful poem from one of our amazing patients, Abbie Timbey, who has been on an incredible journey towards recovery at West Park Hospital in Darlington. 🏥
Abbie has spent the past year on Willow Ward, a high dependency rehabilitation unit, and her progress is nothing short of inspiring. 🌻
In her own words: "I enjoy poetry, it helps me to express myself and comforts me during my recovery. Willow Ward has been amazing and played a massive part in my recovery. From day one, they have listened to me and made me feel valid." 💙
Abbie's poem is a testament to the hard work she has put in, as well as the dedication of our mental health services. 🤝 Her hope is to inspire others in their recovery journey, encouraging them to trust the process and those who are there to help them.
