The sacrifice combined with dedication, effort along with consistency, humility as well as resilience. These attributes are what our fourth-year Civil Engineering students displayed throughout their time in the College of Engineering and Architecture. Proofs of their ambition and drive that took them to where they are today. As they face their final hurdle towards a bachelor's degree on 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟖 - 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏, may they not forget the blood they shed and the tears they wiped to earn the opportunity of graduating. For if their sacrifice drives their ink and their efforts fuel their minds, then that degree will be their trophy for years to come.

"One final step," they say. But is that what drives them? Or is it the idea of starting a new adventure, facing an unfamiliar problem, a new structure to build? No matter what it is, the Association of Civil Engineering Students and Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers - DHVSU Student Chapter believe and wish you the best in your final examinations. Supporting the advocacies of the Gender and Development unit of DHVSU has been one of the priorities of the college, and we will be continuing to do so.
