This is shocking !!! Currently Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico Affix Their Ultra-Processed Foods With ‘Tobacco-Style’ Warning Labels — Should the US Follow Suit?
Their labels warn when a food product exceeds a consumer’s daily recommended value of any “nutrient of concern” – namely, sugar, salt or saturated fat (some countries have added trans fats, artificial sweeteners and caffeine), we think this a good idea - but as we discussed on the podcast and even better idea would be to put it back on the hands of the processor and incentivize them to formulate their food so it’s healthier.

The tradition of strawberries and cream 🍓🍓 @wimbledon dates back to the first actual Wimbledon tournament back in 1877 and they site Two reasons. First Convenience — strawberries were just in season during June and July. It was a convenient snack that the locals had plenty of aka Lets not overthink it.
The second is due to King George V. Apparently, he ate strawberries during the matches he’d watched. It caught on with the locals and just became a thing. Talk about a trendsetter.
