Fried up for another week of creating!

One of the things I committed to getting better at in 2021 was ex*****on and efficiency. As a creative person, I like a blank canvas (I go with the flow and move around a lot). Systems and processes are not my strength, nor something I want to put my energy into learning or developing.

But, in order to grow, I knew this was something I needed to nail down and nurture.

So, I sacrificed a lot of creativity in 2021 to build out an appropriate process that would accelerate ex*****on and efficiency.

It was one of the best decisions I ever made.

In my selfishness, I couldn’t see that my lack of ex*****on and efficiency was actually stagnating my creativity.

As I felt more productive because of the process that was being created, limitations on my mind began to lift and creative ideas started to surface (how ironic).

Hindsight is twenty-twenty, and what I learned from the last year is that you HAVE TO GET UNCOMFORTABLE in order to grow. You have to do the mundane things that are overlooked. You have to TRUST and ENJOY the entire process.

There will be things we’re good at and things we’re bad at in 2022. Celebrate the good and leverage the bad for new opportunities you might have missed.

Failures are a step forward if we’re patient and look at them with the right perspective 🙂

2022 will present a lot of opportunities for businesses to grow online if they’re willing to pivot away from the norm and get uncomfortable.

“Posting to social media” is no longer an effective strategy - I’d argue it never was.

Be innovative, humble, adaptable and teachable. Pay attention to how the market is moving and capitalize.

If you shift focus on just one of these items, you will set your business up for success for a number of years into the future.

So, which one will you adopt first? Go all in! Good luck!

That's an extremely important question that needs answered constantly.

The first thing we do when working with our clients is establish KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) to measure success. Benchmarking quantitative data that tells a story and properly analyzes results is pivotal to success.
