Niño L. Vitto was officially nominated by the municipality of Gloria last September 23 for GAWAD PAMANA sa Sining at Kultura 2023, isang pagkilala sa mga Artist sa lalawigan ng Oriental Mindoro.

Dahil ito sa kanyang kontribusyon sa musika, turismo, at kulturang mangyan, at ang patuloy na paglinang sa mga kabataan na may talento sa pag-awit at pagsayaw.

Siya ang composer ng Pinamalayan Festival Music, Kawayanan Festival Themesong, at naglapat ng lyrics sa Pandang Gitab 2023.
Isa siyang National Songwriting Champion SUBLI 2023.
