Public health centers are the major epitome of corruption in Uganda today.

But, there's one complicated question at the heart of the taxe payers (citizens): what chance do the citizens of a country have if the most powerful people in government are corrupt and monsters as well?

If at all the target of covid task force was to combat covid 19, why would public health centers which is also a part of covid task force, extort chunks of money from people for testing and vaccination?

Little did I know the reason as to why only a few people could go for covid test and vaccination that is because these services are not offered at a Free cost.

Now the never ending questions to no one can't answer is why would the government say people are dodging taking covid 19 vaccination when really it knows it is costly and not for free and the majority poor class can't afford it?
