Happy Monday, G.R.I.N.D. family, and to those new to G.R.I.N.D. each week of the month, we do a "How to Grace Yourself" for the week every Monday of a few motivational reminders on how to extend grace to ourselves and others. We've been away for a minute but are excited to be back on socials to provide you with a daily or weekly motivational cheer. During our time away, we have experienced moments where we've had to face, pace, trace, and brace ourselves, which all resulted in extending a significant amount of grace to ourselves. Sometimes the best and simplest reminder is to give yourself grace. Life has unexpected turns and curves, but each second, minute, hour, or day we are making it. Remember to be gentle with yourselves, and we wish you the best in the new month and quarter of the year.
