What you're dealing with is a little thing called ~diet burnout~ and boy is it annoying!!
The scientific reason for it:
〰️ If you've ever dieted (keto, cutting cals, Whole30, etc),
〰️ The overall calorie deficit that you are in DURING these diets (yes, any kind of diet!) is actually causing your metabolism to sloooooow down
〰️ It slows down because your body thinks it's "starving"! So a lowered metabolism = your bodies way of compensating and surviving!
〰️ Eventually, the weight loss will come to a stop! Your body wants to hold on to as much fat as possible to keep you ALIVE!
Crazy right?! Don't be mad at your body Peachy gal, it's just trying to do it's job! 😅 [but trust me, I know it can be frustrating!]
