Does fear of the unknown hold you back from getting excited about the future?
Have you had to walk away from a job, relationship, project etc. that was no longer serving you?

We are celebrating Angie’s milestone birthday with a deep, soul inspiring conversation and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

What does a new decade mean to you?

This conversation leads to how we felt during our spiritual awakenings, the moment we became conscious of the fact that life didn’t feel good and we wanted to create more for ourselves.

We talk about emotional attachments, limiting environments, curiosity of change, a mindset for growth, unconditional love, personal values and so much more.

This is a jam packed episode filled with inspiring moments, vulnerability, past pain and joyous celebration.

The hardest work you will ever lead yourself through on your personal growth journey is the vulnerability of seeing yourself.

What are your emotions really saying?
Are you willing to trust your gut even when other people have different advice?

The conversation that Syd & Ang are carrying today is all about celebrating who they’ve become and how they got to this moment.

Life isn’t always easy and when we become frustrated or filled with sadness we can easily lead ourselves out of alignment.

Our logical minds are quick to pull us back into the safety & comfortability of our belief systems.

The problem is that our belief systems aren’t always supporting our growth.

Listen in to find out how Syd & Ang view themselves and what they are celebrating most right now.

You will leave this episode feeling inspired to shift into your most authentic self.

What defines someone as materialistic? Can you value your material items as something that fulfills you in life?

This is a conversation like no other and co-hosts, Syd & Ang, are getting to the bottom of why they value their vehicles so much.

There is a very clear difference between ego desires and soul desires and how these two desires affect your life.

Everyone in the spiritual world talks about manifesting their desires into reality, but it’s important to consider if what you are trying to manifest is the right thing for your soul path and soul purpose.

The quote, “it’s the journey, not the destination” is definitely a theme for this episode's connected conversation.

Syd & Ang had an open and honest conversation about their relationship this week. In previous episodes, they talked about the difficulties and lessons that they’ve both individually faced, and now they are moving through some together.

We are not always meant to see eye to eye, and that’s exactly what Syd & Ang want to share this week.

They’ve spoken on their insecurities, found a way to face their differences, and yet still find harmony in living amongst it all. Syd & Ang’s relationship is like no other, hence why they wanted to create a podcast in the first place.

It’s a safe and supportive place where they can both express themselves freely, even in challenging moments.

As people pleasers we often focus on what everyone else desires so we can help them reach happiness.

One of the key lessons when we are breaking away from the limiting habits of people pleasing is learning what we want as an individual.

Another week, another check in with co-hosts Syd and Ang and what they are learning on their personal growth journey.

We can learn a lesson over and over again, but it doesn’t make a difference until we actually start embodying and applying the lesson to our lives.

Ang is sharing the lessons she’s learnt in her love life and how she is recognizing her needs and her worthiness to receive her needs.

On another note, Syd is sharing her experience of her external environment and how it’s been disrupting the path to her dream life.

As we can see from both Syd and Ang’s experiences, the saying “your external environment is a reflection of your internal condition” rings true.

Now is the time to open up and reflect on the lessons coming forward on your personal growth journey.

Press play to gain insight on how to start embodying the life lessons on your path.

This year is dedicated to doing things differently because what may have worked in the past is no longer working.

It’s easy to be overwhelmed by our mental chatter and this is exactly what Syd and Ang are talking about this week.

➡️How can you take action when you feel pressured by the overwhelming thoughts in your mind?
➡️How can you live a peaceful life when your mind is constantly running through the growing to-do list?
➡️How can you live with purpose when you feel like you are simply trying to accomplish the day?

We need to learn how to soothe our soul when we feel overwhelmed, tired and drained.

Syd and Ang are sharing their own examples of how they felt overwhelmed this past week and how taking a moment to decompress completely shifted their energy.

A person’s character is shown through their actions, not what they say they’ll do.

At the beginning of the year most people set resolutions. We have learned that resolutions only work if you put the action in to back it up.

In this episode Syd and Ang are staying accountable with each other through a check in.

Are they taking action on their goals?
Are they integrating the lessons they’ve learned?
Or are they all talk and no action?

We have learned that the best way to grow is by having an accountability partner to help keep you in check. We are human, we all forget sometimes.

These check-ins provide space for us to be honest with ourselves, where we are struggling, where we are succeeding and where we need to take more action.

Press play to get inspired in staying accountable with yourself and your own growth.

Create the dreamiest morning routine and you will reach success! Or so the internet claims.

Syd & Ang are diving deep into why daily routines don’t work, how they can work, and the most important thing to remember for your daily routine.

Did you know that your path to success is about listening to your body and energy and caring for your needs at this moment?

It’s becoming more clear that following someone else’s path to success is not the way to reach fulfillment.

Ang is sharing her experience of finding harmony between her busy work schedule and making sure her needs are taken care of. Her current daily routine looks different then her ideal routine, but the point is she is finding what works for her in this phase of life.

Syd shares the importance in her life of going with the flow, having moment to moment check ins with her energy levels, and letting go of the idea of a structured routine.

It’s time for you to get inspired to create a daily routine that works with you, rather than feeling pressured to follow a specific schedule.

Showing up and supporting ourselves isn’t easier because it’s a new year. Our problems don’t go away simply because the calendar has changed over.

It’s been an emotional wave of high highs and low lows for Angie lately and she is sharing the struggles of it all.

It may feel like a new year, but we are moving through the same lessons we were faced with last year.

In this weekly check in, Syd is sharing how she’s applying the lessons she’s learning in a different way to see if she can grow her psychic abilities.

It’s clear that co-hosts Syd and Ang are on different paths, but one of the most beautiful parts of their relationship is they don’t compare themselves to each other. By acknowledging the life lessons they are being faced with they are able to show up and support each other through it all, the good, the bad and the ugly.

Are you feeling like even though it’s a new year you are being faced with the same lessons?

A year of challenges, pain, obstacles and a whole lot of difficulties is now behind us. But, how can we choose to move forward in a good way after all that pain?

2021 was hard for everyone, and we all experienced our own individual challenges along with the collective difficulties we are in right now. A global pandemic, losing jobs, relationships ending, depression setting in, fears controlling us, emotional overload, and so much more.

Syd and Ang are sharing their personal experiences around overcoming the difficulties of 2021 and how they are choosing to show up in this new calendar year.

As we’ve learnt in the past, life isn’t about brushing the challenges under the rug, pulling up our big girl pants and stepping forward. We are working to become better people by healing our past pain, gathering the wisdom from the lessons learned in 2021, and aligning our energy with our desires.

As Syd and Ang share, the most important thing we can do is align our thoughts, feelings and actions in a way that feels good so we can embody the version of us that we want to be.

If you are ready to be inspired to create more for yourself in 2022 then this is the episode for you. Press play to take the first step in becoming the next level you!

Feeling overwhelmed and busy often leads to more stress and anxiety. It’s in these moments where the pressure to hustle and move quickly leads us astray from living a soul centered life.

Syd and Ang are remembering the importance of feeling grounded in the present moment to bring pure intention to each aspect of their lives.

It’s easy to fall back into our old ways, forgetting to live intentionally, feeling pressured to hustle, and acting from auto-pilot.

This is not a time to judge ourselves, instead it’s about noticing when the stress comes forward and figuring out how we can lead ourselves into a more grounded peaceful state.

It’s easy to feel out of control when you are in the middle of a transformation. This is the moment your ego-mind steps in and shares all sorts of worries or doubts.

Syd and Ang share their experiences of starting a new cycle and how their thoughts and emotions can easily take over their experience.

Learning the difference between when your mind is sharing creative thoughts versus thoughts of worry is extremely important, and they deeply differentiate from person to person.

If we don’t know about ourselves on a certain level then how can we expect to fully support ourselves?
